Downtown Flagstaff Bungalow - 5 minute walk to downtown

This historic remodeled home is located within walking distance to dozens of restaurants and bars as well as retail shopping. There are two bedrooms,(queen sofa sleeper in living room) one bathroom, a laundry room, and a full kitchen. The counters are granite with solid maple cabinets. The front yard is fenced with a cute custom fence that resembles a flowing river, with a table and chairs for taking in the essence of the town. The backyard has a six foot cedar fence that creates a lot of privacy for the landscaped yard. A large hot tub sits in the corner and there is a large paver area in the back and a small patch of grass. The house was built in 1915 as part of the original town site.

Nice home, excellent location. We were dropping off college freshman at NAU. And the location was perfect. Easy to walk to downtown and short drive over to the campus. Great yard , pet friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

The stay was amazing. Quiet neighborhood but active presence of people. Large yard for the pup and had all amenities we needed for the stay. Definitely would entertain this location again! Close to downtown and snowbowl not far either.

Well, what can I say. This our third time staying at this wonderful property, and we will stay again for sure. Excellent location, very close to everything downtown and hiking trails. We walked everywhere and it was so very great for our doggies. Very private, safe and secure. Comfortable amenities and the host Mandi was so great in her communication with us! Everything was clean and comfortable during our one-month stay. Great new hot tub, and other improvements that made our stay so enjoyable, Dan, Elaine, (Dakota, Galloway and Saturn) ... our doggies. They had way too much fun and us as well!!

This was our second stay at this wonderful home, and it definitely won't be our last! We love this property because the owners have truly thought of everything. From the fully stocked kitchen to all the little touches that make the house feel comfortable and welcoming, it's clear they put a lot of care into creating a great guest experience. They even have thoughtful amenities for dogs, which made traveling with our pups so easy.The location is fantastic—we enjoyed being able to walk to downtown Flagstaff for shopping and restaurants, and there are parks within walking distance as well. It's the perfect balance of convenience and a peaceful neighborhood.The host was incredibly communicative throughout our stay, making everything seamless from check-in to check-out.We enjoyed our time so much that we're already planning to book another stay in just a couple of months. We highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Flagstaff!

Great location sandwiched between downtown and Thorpe park. Kitchen had everything needed including a pizza cutter. Hot tub was one of the better ones I have been in with great jet pressure.

I was born and raised in flagstaff, I grew up in a house a mile from this location and attended Flagstaff High School. My wife and I lived in this home for 8 years and would still be in it if our family wasn't growing so fast.

Location! This house may be smaller than others, but the draw for us is that it is so close to all the excitement and charm of downtown. We have been so lucky to have lived in this home for as long as we did.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

What I enjoy most about the house is the ability to sit and look out the giant picture window in the front of the house and watch people walking by, to see the hustle and bustle of the neighborhood and to be able to relax in the glow of the sun.
The backyard warms up early in the day and sometimes I would grab a cup of coffee and sit in the sun warming myself from both the inside and out.
Within minutes we are able to walk downtown and stroll through heritage square, doing some window shopping along the way, and then grab a bite to eat or listen to some music at one of the bars.
It's also so nice to not have to drive downtown, parking is always a hassle, and sometimes you can't park as close as our house to where your going, so for us it is great to just walk everywhere.
