This peaceful house offers 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds, perfect for a family or group of friends. Located on the MINOCQUA CHAIN and walkable to downtown. Tennis and pickleball courts down the street. The home is an easily accessible ranch with a walk out lower level with a gorgeous view, and lakeside living, of Lake Minocqua. Enjoy the water views of both Minocqua Lake and Bullhead Lake from the living space with 180-degree views! Nice house right on Lake Minocqua with a dock. Had a few issues at the house that were mostly resolved quickly by owner.Good location. Close to grocery stores and downtown.Overall a very good experience.

This was the perfect home-away-from-home get away! The host was very communicative and the house itself was wonderful. I specifically enjoyed the close proximity to downtown Minocqua (great restaurants and shopping) and the view of Lake Minocqua was gorgeous. The open layout allows for connectivity between the entire living space on the first floor and the lower level was a bonus with an additional family room, pool table and bathroom. I will definitely be back!

This is truly a fabulous lake house and it couldn’t have been more perfect for our family.The home was spacious yet cozy, clean, and very well-equipped. It truly felt like a home away from home in every way. There were so many wonderful personal touches throughout the home. The lakefront setting was beautiful and the close proximity to town was the cherry on top!The host’s communication was excellent—quick, clear, and helpful before and during our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely book again. Highly recommend this property.
The views of the wildlife out of nearly every window were really something special to see every day❤️.
The lake home is a winter wonderland!!
A trip to Minocqua is not complete if you don’t go to Norwood Pines and get a flight of ice cream drinks!

Absolutely amazing stay. This home was the perfect, private setting for a girls’ weekend in the Northwoods. We spent our days cross-country skiing and walking in nature, then cozied up by the fireplace with movies after a classic supper club dinner. One full day was happily spent cooking, laughing, and catching up by the fire — exactly what we needed.Waking up to deer around the house was such a treat, and we loved watching ice fishing and snowmobiling on the lake. The house itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable — cozy beds, a fully stocked kitchen, and inviting furniture made it feel like a true home away from home. The host was wonderful — responsive, available, and made everything seamless. We loved every minute and are already planning a return trip in the summer to enjoy all that Minocqua has to offer!

Hello and welcome to Evelyn's Oaks! My name is Andrew, and I am excited to welcome you to my Minocqua Chain lake house. I recently purchased this beautiful home, and I am looking forward to sharing it with you, and your family, as you create amazing memories of your time in the Northwoods.

Minocqua is a very special place for me and my family. I have been coming to the Northwoods since the 1970s and my extended family dates back to this area even longer. I have been looking for a lake house for 10-15 years and was excited when I was able to make my dream a reality in 2025.

I love the outdoors... boating, snowmobiling, fishing, ATVing to name a few. Bring your boat (there is space on my permanent dock on Lake Minocqua) and I am also convenient to the snowmobile trails. You can fish from the dock or venture out on the lake for some of the best fishing around.

Downtown Minocqua is just down the road with great breweries, coffee shops, bars, restaurants and some of the best fudge around. There are also some fantastic supper clubs where you can enjoy a true Northwoods fish fry or steak with the perfect mix of charm and sophistication.

The house is set up for you to enjoy time together with friends and family. The views of Lake Minocqua are breathtaking, and you can even see the lights of downtown across the lake. I guarantee you will also see many of the local deer from all the windows with water views on both sides. The house is fully equipped with everything you might need to make your stay effortless. I enjoy relaxing by the fireplace, enjoying a football game, playing board games or pool. There is also a backyard firepit great for making smores and reminiscing about the day.
