A great place in the perfect location. Easy to get into Charlottetown and out to the country.Home was very well equipped, and William-the host- was very responsive to any enquiries.We really enjoyed staying in his home.

It is a spacious, pet-friendly place in a prime location, just a 10-minute drive from downtown Charlottetown. However, the beds are not comfortable, and the house has an unpleasant odor.

As advertised: this was the ideal location to explore the eastern portion of PEI. William made everything easy from beginning to end. I would highly recommend this location to others.

This place did not disappoint!! Located just minutes from downtown Charlottetown. I love to walk and there is a beautiful trail just off the street. It is very quiet and private. The home is large and well equipped for a family. The home was spotless and had everything we needed. We plan on booking it again next year. Thank you William.

Lovely home in quiet area and close to downtown Charlottetown. Kitchen area was great with all the necessary items for cooking and eating. Comfortable bedrooms. Living room could use a TV so one could watch TV at night or on rainy days without having to go downstairs. However, there is a nice big TV in basement with cable.

The room stinked of cigarette smoke which made the stay terrible. The place was average only because of the decent price it was listed at. Complained to Vrbo and the senior property owner did call and talk very respectfully. That’s it. Nothing to make the stay any better. I could never recommend it to anyone given my experience. VRBO was more disappointing than the stay itself - the customer support guy couldn’t understand and respond in English. Just kept repeating one sentence that he understands and nothing he can do.

Comfortable and clean place with easy access to shopping. We enjoyed our stay. The TV room in the basement was a nice bonus for a movie night. The kitchen was well stocked and bedrooms a good size.

Stratford getaway

Very quiet neighbourhood, easy access to Charlottetown and many beaches close by. We recommend this place to everyone.

Roomy, well outfitted for our 3 day visit. Nice quiet neighborhood location. Handy to grocery, gas, etc and easy access to Charlottetown. Good communication with owner. We’ll hope to come back another time!

Excellent place to stay 10 min from downtown Charlottetown. Full use of house with s nicely equipped kitchen. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Rental House

We enjoyed all the amenities at the house, and we found that the house was well stocked with our day to day needs! The location was great, and within 5 minutes to the grocery store.
