Location of property was excellent with access to the lake. The condo was cute and comfortable. The host was very responsive with communication. Would stay here again.

The place was exactly what we needed! Loved the wood burning fireplace, and the place was sized really well. Beds were comfortable, rooms were spacious, 2 full bathrooms were excellent and everything worked as it should!!!

Great place and location! Very clean and had access to the pool and beach club. Kids rented paddle boards and had a great time and we enjoyed sitting on the patio relaxing.

The host was extremely welcoming and very responsive. The place was beautiful and better than described. All the amenities were available and the instructions were very clear. Me and my family had a great time and we are looking forward to staying again later this year

Great Stay in a great house

We had a fantastic weekend in Jackie’s property. It was so close to the mountain, had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We look forward to booking again!

We had a wonderful stay in the Poconos. It’s in a great quiet community that sits right on Boulder Lake. The condo is spacious and comfortable. The owner, Jackie was very responsive and answered all of our needs and assisted us with everything. We all had a wonderful time and enjoyed the big Boulder tavern for drinks and meals. My kids had a great time skiing and snowboarding on the mountains. We look forward to our next day in the Poconos. Thank you The Andrey Fanily

Property manager was very responsive friendly. We did have an issue, but she was prompt in taking care of it. Hoping to be able to stay at the same place next year.

Perfect getaway spot!

Location was great! Walking distance to so many things. Condo was perfect. Has every you need and just a great setup. Love that it’s on the bottom floor and you can walk right out to the lake and see big boulder!

Great location and community!

This condo has the perfect location - look out the patio door for a great view of the lake. Take a few steps and you are at the community pool. We took advantage of the included beach club access to go paddle boarding on the lake. The community was quiet and clean with friendly residents and had a great waterfront restaurant within walking distance. The condo itself was clean, neat and well stocked. Linens, towels and kitchen items were all there. Thank you for a great few days away.

Midlake rentals are hard to beat

This is my second time spending time in the summer at Midlake on Big Boulder Lake. The location cannot be beat-steps away from the pool and a 15 min walk from the club where you can rent all sorts of kayaks, paddle boards, etc to make lake life even more fun. The best feature is probably sitting on the deck while sharing a meal or our morning coffee. One important note: this rental did NOT come with beach towels, which we really missed. I would highly recommend bringing that, dish soap, dishwasher detergent plus any of your shower needs. We had most of this-but not the beach towels. Great week away!

Hello This certainly was a nice group of women who rented my condo. They treated it with respect. One note I have to add: I had both dish detergent and machine dish detergent under the sink. It was so easy to see. Sorry you missed it. However, I did not have beach towels. No one ever asked for it. I assumed people like to bring their own. I will consider it in the future. Thank you again !!!

Very nice well furnished condo

The condo met all our expectations and needs, nicely decorated, well stocked kitchen although we only utilized the stove to make breakfast in the morning. We were four persons and the unit was more than comfortable for all of us. The dehumidifier in the entry-way came in handy given the weather during our stay. Unfortunately our timing was terrible, it started to rain when we arrived and it did not stop for the three nights we were there. In addition the temperatures fell from mid-90's just the day before we arrived to the 50's-60's during our stay so we could not enjoy the lake at all given the rain and cool temps. Hopefully we can go back another time when the weather is cooperating

William and his family were very wonderful guests. They were very respectful and left the condo so nice. I felt bad for them because the weather was terrible. If they ever want to return I will give them a discount because I really felt bad about that. Thank you again or staying at our condo. Jackie

This property is located in the perfect spot! It’s lakefront, so the views are beautiful. It’s also just steps away from the pool, and it offers easy access to the club amenities. However, the condo itself leaves a lot to be desired. The bedrooms and bathrooms were primarily clean, but the kitchen was a mess. Nothing had been wiped down, and there were crumbs all over the table with dried food on the placemats. There was also dried food smeared on the fridge, as well as crumbs and dried food on the counters and stove. The floors had not been swept or cleaned. This is a bottom level condo, so it is a bit basement-like. It is very dark and musty smelling. The lighting is poor, as well. My daughter has so many allergies, so this place really wreaked havoc on them. There were cobwebs here and there, and much of the decor was dusty. The furniture was covered in blankets and an old gray couch cover, and the gorgeous ottoman in the middle of the living room floor had plastic on it. There was really nothing welcoming about this place. I have never written a bad review in my life, and we’ve stayed at a lot of places. But this place was very disappointing and not what one would expect to experience for a vacation getaway.

Condo is very comfortable and the location could not be better. You can look out the living room window or sit on the patio and watch the lake and the boats as well as the small dock with some pontoon boats. It is a great view. The condo is also very easy to get to.

We had a wonderful stay in the Big Boulder community at Lake Harmony. The house was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable for our family. Communication with the host, Jackie, was excellent throughout the entire stay—quick, clear, and helpful from booking to check-out.One of the things we appreciated most was the peaceful atmosphere. The neighbors were quiet and respectful, making it easy to relax and enjoy our vacation. The location is fantastic, with very easy and close access to all the community amenities. This is truly a perfect place to spend quality time with kids. There was always something fun to do, whether it was barbeque, swimming in the heated pool or lake, boating, playing tennis, or exploring the beautiful surroundings. We made wonderful family memories and would gladly return in the future. Highly recommended!
