Tucked in the heart of East Vancouver, our house has 3 Bedrooms, 3 Bath + 1 Den, sleeps 8. 3 Skytrain stations are a 5-7 minute Uber/Lyft away. Fast Wi-Fi, Disney+, Netflix, Free Street Parking!

Our home is nestled in the Kensington-Cedar Cottage neighborhood, a vibrant area rich in cultural diversity. Enjoy the convenience of nearby grocery stores (like Save-On-Foods, just 5 minutes away), boutique coffee shops, and great restaurants. With its mix of families, elderly residents, and young professionals, this neighborhood provides a peaceful, community-oriented vibe.
Trout Lake: A popular urban park with walking trails and playgrounds for kids.
Transit: Close to bus routes, with easy access to Skytrain stations like VCC-Clark, Commercial-Broadway, and Nanaimo stations.
Guest Access & Amenities:
Keypad Entry: Access the house easily with a custom code.
Entire Home: You`ll have access to the whole property during your stay, including the outdoor patio.
In-suite Laundry: Washer and dryer available for your use.
We are available via Airbnb messaging, WhatsApp, text, or phone throughout your stay for any questions or assistance. Our contact info is available upon booking confirmation.

Security Deposit:
A $500 security deposit will be held for the duration of your stay. This deposit will be refunded within 7 days after checkout, provided no damage or issues are reported during your stay.

Government-issued photo ID + live selfie
This is a standard practice for professional hosts and required by our insurance. Your ID is stored securely and never shared. Please refer to Airbnb’s policy on this.
House Rules:
No Pets: We have an allergy-sensitive household. Pets are strictly prohibited.
No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the home or within 6 meters of any building entrance, window, or air intake. A fine of $200 per infraction will apply.
No Parties or Events: We have a strict no-party policy. If any noise complaints arise after 10PM, the police will be called, and you may be evicted.
Noise: Please be mindful of noise, especially after 10PM. Our neighborhood is quiet, and we ask all guests to respect the surrounding families. Noise complaints will result in a $1,000 fine per infraction.
No Shoes Inside: Please remove shoes upon entering to keep the home clean.
Maximum Occupancy: 10 people is the max allowed on the property at any time, including visitors. A $1,000 fine will apply for each undeclared guest.
Waste Management: Follow the city’s waste disposal guidelines. Fines will be forwarded to you if improper disposal occurs.
No Unregistered Guests: All guests must be declared before arrival. The home is not suitable for any unauthorized gatherings.
Late Check-out Fee: $145 CAD (pre-approved) or $185 for same-day requests.
Parking:
Free street parking is available in front of the house or within a block, depending on the time of day.
Important: Do not park in front of the neighbor’s house across the street, as they may tow vehicles parked there for more than 4 hours during the day.

Cameras: 2 Ring Doorbell cameras are installed for security purposes. One points to the street and the other to the back walkway.
Noise Detection: A NoiseAware device is installed in the living room to detect noise levels, ensuring parties are avoided. It does not record audio.
