Rent from the homeowner, not a realtor! Welcome to our home! One well behaved dog is welcome. Our beautiful, extremely clean 2400 s/f home in the private beach community of Suissevale on Lake Winnipesaukee, Moultonborough. Are you attending a fall wedding at the Caste in the Clouds? We are 3 miles from there! Summer beach vacation, we are 1/2 mile to private association beach. You will not be disappointed by this home! The home is very well maintained, very clean, and the furniture is new. The private association Suissevale Beach is less than ½ mile from the home. This modern, bright and well maintained home has 4 tastefully decorated bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The dining room has comfortable seating for 10, plus 2 more at the bar. Central air conditioning too. Why not eat outside on the large front porch and enjoy the scenery? Large front and side yard for summer games! The home has nice appliances, central air, 2 HDTV's, washer/dryer and WiFi. The kitchen is well equipped for entertaining. The design of the home is perfect for 2 families sharing the space. The large master bedroom and bath is a bonus. There is a den and great room, so everyone will have space to relax after a day at the beach. The Suissevale beach is considered one of the nicest beaches on Winnipesaukee, with a very large and safe swimming area! There is a boat launch 1/2 mile from the home. The beach has a playground, picnic tables and grilling areas, just bring your charcoal. Also, the home is 200 yards from the Suissevale club house (the clubhouse interior is open only for sanctioned events) which has a playground, 2 tennis courts, basketball hoop and some blacktop for skateboards or scooters. Tenant provides linens (sheets and towels). Also, we don't use a management company to rent our home, you will deal directly with us, so we will give you excellent service and attention. This was a large family friendly home. There was plenty of room for our 3 generation family to spread out when we were doing different things. The kitchen was jam packed with all you would need for fixing family meals. Everything was clean and comfortable. The host is great to communicate with. We took advantage of the tennis courts at the community center (just across the street), the playground and spent most days at the lake. What a great neighborhood.

This is an amazing place. It is so warm and welcoming and very relaxing. There is so much to do in the Lakes Region and you have to experience it but this is the place you want to return to after a busy day.

House was exactly as listed, clean, comfy beds well stocked with essentials (need to bring sheets and towels). Price was perfect for such a large house as well. Would definitely recommend. Easy to communicate with host.

Great for extended-family vacations

We had a stay here with our extended family and the property is designed in such a way that everyone has a place where they can spread out and a giant central dinning room to come together for meals.

Great weekend away.

Everything was great start to finish, the communication from the host was perfect, the home was fantastic from style, size, and cleanliness. And the area is beautiful.

Overall the stay was good. The communication with the owner was great. A couple things was the house wasn't as clean as you would expect. There was garbage in the kitchen can, shower had all kinds of hair in it, we move the coffee table to play a game and there were all kinds of junk under it. The listing was a little misleading there is a 2 car garage but you can't use it as there is a boat, Ping pong table, and all the beach equipment in it. (expect a lot of sap on your cars from the trees) Also stated there is a clubhouse and tennis courts, but we don't have access to the clubhouse only the tennis, and the beach is off limits on Saturdays to renters.The kitchen was well stocked and everything worked perfect for our large 10 person family.

HI, thanks for this feedback. I am dissapointed that the trash was left in the barrel and one shower wasn't to your standards. We will do better! And yes, the clubhouse is only assessible when it is open, which is for community events, such as potlucks, band, game nights. Regarding the garage, correct that only one bay is accessible at this time due to the beach chairs and toys, my small sailboat and the ping pong table. I will update my listing on that as well. I appreciate the feedback.

Excellent house for two familes

We had an excellent stay at Jennifer’s. The house is a very long ranch style (with upstairs section, too) so was perfect for grandparents on one side with large bedroom/bathroom suite and our family of 4 on the other. Very easy check in and Jennifer was quite accomodating.

Great Stay With Friends

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean and had plenty of room for our party of 7 adults. It has a nice deck with plenty of seating for everyone. Jennifer was great to work with and very accommodating to our needs.

This home is awesome - it has plenty of room for everyone and is very well appointed. Beds are comfy too! The clubhouse & playground are right across the street so it’s great for kids. The spiral staircase is a little dicey for small kids but we had a 1.5 and 4.5 year old and no problems!Jen the owner was great to work with - we will definitely be back!

Lovely home in the heart of Suissevale. My husband, son, daughter in law and 6 and 4 year old grandsons all enjoyed ourselves very much for a week in August. The house is very spacious with many rooms to relax in and a large front porch.

Thanksgiving at the lake

This was our second family vacation at this property and it is always wonderful. Large house with plenty of room for extended family. Kitchen has absolutely everything you could need. Jennifer is a joy to communicate with. Looking forward to another.duture stay.

My parents bought a vacation home in Suissevale in 1976, and I've loved the area since! I learned to swim at the Suissevale beach, now my young children have learned to swim there as well. The lake is 1/2 mile from house . My parents and both brothers and their families are here, so we love being able have great family time in Suissevale. I love this end of the Lake as it is quiet and peaceful, but still has great restaurants and shops!

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Tons of room for entertaining and peace and quiet, if that is what we need. The dining room fits 12 comfortably, and we fill up every seat most dinners with our extended family. A .4 mile short walk down the hill to the private association beach is great. 2 dens allow for adult space….and kid space ! The master bedroom has a king bed and private in suite bathroom (with shower). The 2 bedrooms upstairs (queen bed, other room has queen and twin) share a bathroom. The kids bunk room has easy access to the 3rd bathroom. Fully stocked kitchen for your entertaining needs. Guest bring their own sheets and towels. Beds have pillows, blankets and quilts . If you want owner to coordinate rental of sheets and towels (roughly $175 for the stay) just ask as this MIGHT be an option. However, rental service is not available during June, July and August says.
