Great place to stay it was really clean. It was really close to the beach and really quiet place to relax. Will be staying here on my next visit to Destin

The stay was amazing. Highly Recommend and the beach is walking distance. Definitely would book again.

Great location with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Communication was good. The beach and pool were in close proximity and easily accessible. The only downside was the let out sofa which was broken and could not be used. The seat cushions were sunken in which made it difficult to sit on comfortably. Management did offer another air mattress to make up for the broken sofa mattress. Aside from that everything was great.

Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is very good with a relatively short walk to the beach. We had no problems finding a spot on the beach even though the allotted access isn’t that big. The condo layout was unexpected in that two bedrooms were on the first floor and the third was on the second with the kitchen and living room. The beds were comfortable but the living room furniture was not great and the sofa was unusable due to the sleeper frame being broken. Hopefully that has been replaced. We requested maintenance come and replace and clean the air return and filter which was filthy and they came a day later to do that. The kitchen was stocked adequately except there were only 9 dinner forks so we ended up using plastic ones a lot. And only one large pot. We would probably stay there again given the location and reasonable price.

Excellent Stay

Just a little walk in the heat for grandparents.

Will not stay here again. The main perk is the 5 minute walk straight to the beach. The pictures did not resemble 1 room. It showed 2 twins but it was a twin over full bunk. Communication with host is TERRIBLE. You will call/text them and it’s a different person each time. The main blue couch in living room is broke. There is no pull out bed which they told us BUT they recommended using a blow up mattress. I had to get VRBO support involved because they would not budge on the broken couch and no sleeper sofa. They had 8 days to get a replacement couch & refused. VRBO support was able to get host to offer a rollaway bed. The couch was still broke. The cushions were sunken in and uncomfortable. You could see the gap to the floor where it was collapsed inside. I took pictures. The house was clean but I did find a short black hair in our sheets (none of us have short black hair) and gobs of hair behind the bedside tables when plugging in my charger. The rugs are stained. This was a trip full of tears and headaches with this host. They were friendly but they did not budge on wanting to provide the goods we paid for. They ended up sending us pictures of the rooms since the pictures did not match the listing. Again, the host only started to help with my concerns AFTER I got VRBO Support involved. The location was great but it wasn’t worth the hassle. They should have got the new couch to help with sleeping arrangements and a place for our family to sit.
