Welcome to condo 303D at Beach House Condominiums! This beautifully renovated two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit on the 3rd floor exudes a bright, airy beach vibe and offers direct beach access with no streets to cross. Just steps away from the pool deck, gazebo, and grill area, this condo features a covered balcony with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and the pristine white sands of the Emerald Coast. From the balcony, you can hear the soothing sounds of waves crashing and feel as if the surf is just within reach. March 1 - October 31, you will receive a complimentary beach set up of 2 chairs and 1 umbrella!

Perfect for up to 7 guests, the master bedroom boasts a King-sized bed with a full Gulf view and features an en-suite bathroom featuring a shower/tub combo, while the guest bedroom includes a Queen and Twin Bed with an attached bathroom, also accessible from the living area. The spacious living room provides plenty of comfortable seating, along with a pull-out Queen sleeper sofa for two additional guests. The fully equipped kitchen comes complete with all major and small appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, cookware, and utensils, making it easy to enjoy home-cooked meals with stunning views of the Gulf. For added convenience, a private washer and dryer are located inside the condo.

Very clean condo and we had a wonderful week. Out first time at Miramar Beach but we definitely will be back. Wish we could have had at least 2 parking passes as we had 3 cars but we managed and took 2 to the RV park.

We’ve stayed in 4-5 units at the beach house condominiums, and this was the nicest one by far! The unit was upgraded and clean, we’ll definitely book it in the future.

Amazing customer service from the start, they text and email you and respond very quickly anytime we had a question. Will definitely stay with them again. Very clean and great location !

Great location on the bench! View from balcony is stunning. The set up of beach chairs and umbrella daily was a great amenity. Ours kids loved the pool. Condo was very clean and comfortable. We would stay again.

Condo was as described on the VRBO app. Loved being so close to the beach. Perfect for 4 women from different locations to get together. We were disappointed by the rule of only one car in the condo parking lot despite the fact that it was only 1/2 full. The overflow is quite a distance to walk in the dark for 70 year old women.

Thank you for your feedback. We are careful to advertise the 1 parking spot in all of our marketing. We wish this were not the case, but is truly beyond our control. We have many more 2 bedroom condos along the Emerald Coast that do not have this restriction. We hope to host you in one of those in the future!

The condo was really nice and exactly as the advertisement description. There was an issue that could not have been avoided by the property owner but was handled very professionally and to our satisfaction. We will definitely stay here again.

love, love, LOVE this condo!

Quiet community but close to everything you need. Beautifully decorated, spotless, well stocked kitchen, view can't be beat! Comfy beds, Dish satellite TV, spacious patio and communication with management company before, during and after our stay couldn't be better. Already planning our next stay!

The view was beautiful, however, the patio door is extremely hard to open and shut. There were not enough face towels in the rooms, The couch has stains on the pillows and a huge stain on the pullout so cleanliness needs improvement. The TV’s in all rooms weren't user-friendly. Shopping and amenities were extremely close and convenient. Check out was easy and smooth.

A Touch of Paradise

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You can't beat the aquamarine water and soft white sand beach front views. We had a small hitch with the condo that customer service got corrected quickly and courteously. I highly recommend this rental.

overall stay of condo

We had an issue with the remote in the living room. Never could get it to work on Dish network. Remote seem to be broken or had a battery issue. The coffee pot seem to leak and wasn't cleaned underneath upon our arrival and the curtain rod in living room was bent. Notified management and sent pics. Overall the location and view were amazing.

Would Stay Again

We have stayed in multiple condos at the Beach House and have always enjoyed our stay. Great access to the beach, shopping and restaurants. No significant issues to report but I do have a few suggestions. There were no additional blankets or sheets for any of the beds or none for the pull out sofa that we could find. Thankfully we had blankets to use. Most of the condos we have stayed in also had a stash of games, cards, puzzles etc which is nice when the weather is poor and during our stay, we had multiple poor weather days. Just a suggestion to have additional items on hand for rainy days. :) Overall, condo was clean and comfortable. would stay here again.

Location is great with access to private beach! Beds were comfortable and all linens and towels were clean and fresh. However, the condo needs repairs and TLC. Ceiling in every room show signs of recent repairs and water damage. Ceiling in 2nd bedroom closest is damaged and opening up. Almost every ceiling a/c vent had rust, dirt, and black crud on them. Most handles in bathrooms were showing rust/corrosion. Kitchen: we heard a strange rumbling noise and thought maybe a fan was left running, but it was off. (Btw, there is no fan over the stove top, just on top of the microwave which is useless) The granite countertop between the stovetop and dishwasher is strangely VERY warm to the touch which is odd. Also, in that back corner, under the cabinet, there is a large hole with exposed wires/hoses. That situation needs to get resolved. Dishes were nice, but a medium size sauce pan needs to be added. Living room was nice, but area rug needs to be replaced. Again, the ceiling shows all the damage and areas that have been previously repaired. Very obvious. Door to patio is VERY hard to close from the outside as there is no handle. Door and track need a good cleaning. Patio furniture is nice, and view is GREAT!Overall, great location and love the beach there, but for the money spent, I expected the condo to be in better condition.
