Right near downtown yet out of the way. Fully equipped two bedroom two and a half bath townhouse . Only one large television in the living room . Nice to have a garage. I would definitely recommend this to anybody staying in the Cleveland area.

We were attending a conference and this townhome was perfect for us to walk to not only to the conference center….but we walked all over Cleveland…..a beautiful city!!

Clean and roomy. Loved that there were k-cups available. Not too far from attractions. Getting into the garage was a little tricky. A large vehicle might have trouble.

This place is 80% of the way to a luxury stay. But not quite there. pros: - new build, quality appliances, 2 full bathrooms, nice TV and channels, restaurants nearby, safe garage, very quiet at night, lots of bath towelsstill needs work: - no laundry or dishwasher detergent, dog hair on couch and stair carpeting, no art on walls, very few kitchen suppliesNot ideal for kids due to townhouse stairs. Can't get carseat out of car while car is parked in garage (too narrow).

Short Stay

We were here for my daughter's Cleveland Clinic appointments and only needed a one night stay Townhouse was clean; having 2 1/2 baths was great, kitchen adequate but we didn't do much cooking; good size bedrooms No noise from neighbors, quiet street but there is fire station close by Note, there are 2 sets of stairs in the unit Convenient to drive places, tricky angle to get in garage but we managed! We'd here stay again for our next appointments

Location was convenient for events in downtown; easy walking to stadium, restaurants, brewery, etc. Comfortable and well-equipped for the two nights we stayed.

Excellent stay!

The townhome was cute and clean. It was a 20 min walk to Rock Hall. The bonus was having a garage to park, so we didn't have to worry about that. We felt safe and secure. The owner was responsive and very nice. Our cat liked it too. ;)

Our stay at townhouse in downtown Cleveland, Ohio.

The inside of the property was very clean and comfortable. The owner was very responsive to all our phone calls and text messages. We had some plumbing issues, but the owner had the problems corrected the next day.
