Beautiful apartment in a cool old building. EXCELLENT location right in the middle of sports, museums, theatre. Good food on same block!

The host was great with communication, quick and informative! The location was very nice, close to a lot of shops and food. The apartment was very nice, very clean and had everything I needed!! Would book with Michael again!!

The room was clean. The amenities were as described. The host was very brisk with communication. The quality of the furnishings were ok. Some of the flooring was loose. The price and value matched well and the stay was easy.

The condo was light-filled, spotlessly clean, and freshly furnished. The secondary bedroom and bath feel quite private, being upstairs from the rest of the unit. The stay was an excellent value, given the location. Short walk to all the downtown attractions and a quick transit ride to the Case Western campus and the Cleveland Clinic. Our host was responsive and helpful. Booking was a more involved process than I've seen before (ID upload required), which suggests that the owners are security conscious. Instructions for checking in and out were very clear (included pictures). Would happily book again.

The stay was awesome, except the water pressure in the showers was extremely low. Also some stains were found on the sheets. Other than that, top notch.

First, I found the check in process very confusing. You had to fill out a form and sign an attestation before you could receive your check in info. (Usually I book it and pay, then a couple days before check-in I get an email with instructions.)Once we got into the room, it was nice, clean and comfortable. This particular room was on the 5th floor. We realized we misread the ad and thought we had a 3rd bed. It was a sofa bed, but there was no extra bedding in the unit. We contacted the host but they couldn't get any to us until the next day and they did not have an additional blanket. There was a throw that we used. The unit says it sleeps 6. I'd say it sleeps 4 comfortably, 5 using the couch. (The sofa bed was hard to open and the leg of the bed kept sliding on the floors and falling.)There were dishes for 4 in the kitchen. The memory foam beds were low and comfortable and there was a desk in both bedrooms.
