Wonderful stay

Great communication from the begining. Very cozy house! Close to IMG and close to the Beaches. We will definitely stay here again!

Nice Florida Getaway

Stayed for a week to get some Florida sunshine. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Easy to get to tourist spots also nice to get away from tourist spots. Great communication from the host!

Excellent home!!

In town for soccer tournament at IMG and this home is perfect. Location is great, easy access to beaches and IMG as well as downtown Bradenton. Gorgeous well maintained home. Definitely return on our next tournament trip.

House was exactly what we needed. It was clean and spacious. The neighborhood also was clean and safe. Neighbors were friendly and stuck to themselves. All amenities were very close. Would definitely stay again and I highly recommend to anyone

It was exactly as advertised, 3 large rooms, 2 bathrooms, and open concept kitchen and living area. the unit had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The property host strayed in contact, checking to see if we needed anything. If in the area again, I would be looking to stay here.

Grandchild’s high school graduation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Seamless booking process through check out. The host was eager to help and provided quick replies. Ice cold air conditioning (very important in steamy Florida!). Fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. The showers were awesome with tons of water pressure. Lots of personality in this cozy home. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us both inside and out. The host even had a nice welcome package when we checked in. If you’re looking for a quiet, comfortable place to stay, this is your home away from home. It would be a pleasure to stay here again!

Just as pictured!

My family and I were in town for my daughter's gymnastics. There was plenty of space to accommodate the 5 of us in comfort. Modern decor, family games, complementary necessities and snacks, in a quiet neighborhood. Bedroom units provide the ability to personalize your comfort. Plentiful clean linens/towels and rain shower heads in each bathroom. The porch swing was a plus, after a long day of gymnastics my husband and I sat on the porch swing and enjoyed the nice Florida weather with the outdoor lighting providing a good ambiance. The location is close to everything including a short drive to the beach which was also a plus. Communicating with the host was great. Answered my question promptly. I will definitely book this listing again!

Spacious Gem

In the area for family cook out and visiting friends and, of course, AMI beaches. The house looks small from the street but don't be fooled, it is so spacious inside!!! Location was great for getting to all the places we needed to be. 10-15 to the beach, 30ish to Tampa via the skyway. A few minutes to grocery, restaurants, and shopping. Loved the shower, lots of water pressure. The rain style head was amazing. The outdoor space was not used. Watch your step going into the laundry area. A motion light inside would be a great addition! Kitchen was a bit sparse. The water feature on the frig was a trickle. Frig had ice though!!!! Always a plus for packing a little beach cooler. The Ice-cream truck drove by right as we checked in. Of course we bought some treats.So much fun!! Loved it! We will consider this location in the future as we visit every few months!

It’s unfortunate to us given the fact we have gave you a full refund and took money out of our own pockets to make sure you got everything back due to not meeting your expectations and you still gave us a 1 star without staying a single night.
