This cute home has 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. Beautiful heated pool & hot tub shared between 3 other vacation rentals. The house can sleep up to 9 guests comfortably 11 people if you utilize the air mattress (and some guests are children). 11 adults will not fit in this house. There is a king bed in the master with an on suite full bathroom. The second room has a king size bed & a queen pull out bed. The 3rd room has a full size bed & a single bed on top bunk bed. Please let me know if you are bringing a pet. There is a small fee and needs to be approved before stay. Any extra guests or unauthorized pets will be subject to an additional charges. Private fenced in backyard. You must sign a pool liability waiver if you stay with us, that relieves the homeowner of any responsibility of injuries or death that could occur on the property. Waiver must be completed 24 hours before your check in date and time. Owner reserves the right to not allow access, if this house rule is not followed.

Essentials are provided: Sheets for all beds, bathroom towels, pool/beach towels, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 pool of paper towels, 2 dishwasher tablets, 2 laundry tablets, liquid dish soap, and 1 hand soap per bathroom.

This was a great place for kids! We loved the pool!! Location was great! Everything right at our doorstep and just minutes of a drive to manatee beach! The host was awesome! I had several questions and they responded very quickly! We will definitely be back!

A great option for the Bradenton area. Only a few miles from GT Bray, and easy access to the different beaches in the area. The house was clean and good for families, and the pool area between just a few houses was quite an oasis.

We had a great time on our stay! It was an excellent property for our first AMI visit. The shared area with the pool, hot tub, and lawn games was a great way to keep five (5) kids entertained when we had enough beach time for the day. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The only thing lacking (minor) was places to hang our wet stuff and a way to mitigate the mosquitos in the shared outdoor spaces.

The outside of the house is absolutely amazing. The house was clean and everything was perfect. The pool is absolutely beautiful and the hot tub was clean and comfortable. I would recommend this house for your vacation needs and the beach is about 15 minutes away depending on traffic. There is a lot of restaurants to choose from.

We really liked the house, it's exactly like in the photos. We had a great time with our family, the children swam in the pool, and in the evenings the adults relaxed in the jacuzzi. The backyard is very beautiful.

The house and amenities far exceeded our expectations. The price was amazing especially for this time of year. (August) We had everything we could have needed from shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms to laundry pods. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything we needed to have cooked meals. They provided anything you needed for the beach from sand toys to chairs already on a buggy to cart out. The house was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, giving the Florida Vibes we came for. The oasis pool was a huge hit with all my littles. We spent more time in the pool than at the beaches! The house is conveniently located in between multiple beaches making it an amazing spot without being right in the middle of the large city hustle. A Publix and several fast food establishments was 3 min down the road making quick runs no hassle. We even met the pool/maintenance guy who was exceptionally nice and provided alot of information about the area for us. The host was quick to respond with any questions. We will definitely be booking another stay here in the future as this was the perfect backyard oasis we were hoping for.

The stay was very pleasant and outstanding the host was communicating and answered all my question and helped out with sign documentation. The pool and hottub was amazing loved the water fall.. and the trip from the house to the beach is very short had a blast stayimg at this amazing home

Close to all attractions.

Great place! Happy that it was dog friendly. Host was very accommodating, dishwasher was fixed immediately. Only suggestion: brochures of attractions and list of restaurants would be nice.

Paradise!

It was a magical oasis!!! We are beach people so enjoyed the proximity to AMI. Before and after the beach, the pool and hot tub were perfect to keep everyone happy. Communication was easy and the property was clean. Would stay again and highly recommend!

Loved it!

Perfect for our trip to catch the Pittsburgh Pirates at spring training. Excellent location and near Lecom Park. The backyard/pool area is incredible. Host was very accommodating and responsive. Would definitely book again.

The property feels very much like a resort and we will visit again. The pool is amazing and the backyard area has a ton of games and stuff to do. We had privacy when we needed it with our fenced in yard and our dogs had a place to run around. The unit had everything we needed from towels to cooking pans and utensils to Tupperware. Host responded immediately anytime we reached out and was very accommodating.

Perfect for our family

Property was perfect for our family. Our family loved the pool, the slide and putt putt course. Location was close to the Island for a quick beach or ice cream trip. Communication was quick and easy with property owner.
