This recently remodeled riverfront fishhouse has a rich history. It was originally built in the 1950s by a group of friends from Indio, California, who were looking for a place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The fishhouse was named after the town of Indio, and it quickly became a popular destination for fishing, hiking, and camping.
In recent years, the fishhouse has been completely remodeled with environmental efficiency in mind. The new design is a sleek and stylish Scandinavian modern style, with incredible lighting and perfect views of the river and Carbonate Mountain. The fishhouse is now the perfect place to relax and enjoy the best of what Hailey has to offer.
Just a short walk from downtown Hailey, you'll have easy access to all the best restaurants, shops, and outdoor activities. And with its location right on the Bigwood River, you can listen to the rushing water as you drift off to sleep at night.
Inside, you'll find a spacious living room with a dining area, breakfast nook, and state-of-the-art kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up your favorite meals, and there's even a washer/dryer and full bathroom on the main level for your convenience.
Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms, each with its own unique personality. The first bedroom has a twin trundle bed and a designated workspace, perfect for those who need to get some work done while they're away. The second bedroom is the master bedroom, with a king bed, a large closet, and a Danish modern daybed that folds out to sleep two more guests.
This home is all about disconnecting from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and reconnecting with nature. There is no television, so you can focus on enjoying the peace and quiet of the riverfront setting.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to owner request and insurance compliance, we cannot accept bookings from any guests that plan to bring children under the age of 5 years old due to the proximity of the Little Indio Fishhouse to the river.
DOG POLICY
This home may allow one dog under 50 lb with a pet fee, and managers written approval. Dog must not be left unattended in the home, they must be in a crate.
There will be an additional pet fee of $35 per night applied to the reservation.
Airbnb guests that are bringing an approved dog will be sent a special payment request for any nights beyond the one night fee assessed. Pet fee must be paid in full prior to your arrival.
We ask that dogs are not allowed on any furniture or in any beds.
Dog must be approved in writing by MVP to be on the premises. We do not allow any pit bull, rottweiler or doberman breeds.
