We had a great stay at this lakefront property! There was ample room and entertainment. The game room was fun for all! The views were stunning! Loved the porch, dock and hot tub! Thanks for the experience!

Beautiful views from this spacious location

A beautiful location and well furnished rental with a well stocked kitchen which was really nice.

Beautiful Lakeside Retreat

My friends and I enjoyed the well stocked kitchen, huge living room TV with a big comfy couch, jacuzzi and stunning lakeside views throughout the trip. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed the property.

A great spot on clearlake

Property was clean and qwirky. Exactly what we were looking for at the lake. One note- lots of low hanging light fixtures, tight ceiling on stairs, and the cross bar on the dock made for lots of hazards to hit your head on if you are over 5'8"

Great Lake house

This was a really great and quaint yet modern lakeside house. It has solid lake views which are also sunset facing . The weather was cool and rainy but the warm feeling of the home and the hot tub made up for it . It has easy access to the dock and lake for all your fishing needs . It’s perfect for a couples retreat or family getaway. My wife and 2 kids can’t wait to come back .

This property is very private. The houses were clean and provided everything we needed. Communication with the owner was clear & quick. The property has an eclectic vibe, is older than we realized, but provided almost everything we needed. We did utilize the dock - rented a pontoon boat - picked up and dropped off family members etc. The view is amazing!

Annual Fishing Trip

I rented the house for a annual fishing trip with my friends. There was nine of us this year and the house could not be more perfect to accommodate us. The house had everything we needed and more. But not only was the house perfect so are the host's. Tini was absolutely a pleasure to work with and went over and beyond to accommodate me and my friends. I would highly recommend renting this property

If you love nature and/or fishing, wow this is the place for you. You can sit on the deck, basically in the tree tops, and watch bald eagles fly by with fish in their talons or the acorn woodpeckers hop up and down the branch. Go down to the dock and you can watch the western grebes dive for fish or otters frolic along the rocks on the shore.The fishing was incredible. If you have night crawlers, you will be reeling them in all day long from the dock; bluegill, bass, crappie, catfish, etc. We caught so many fish. We also saw a lot of fisherman in boats catching bass along the shoreline with spinnerbaits or jigs.If you have a dog it’s a great place. My high energy dog wore herself out chasing lizards and squirrels, and running up and down from the dock. The yard is pretty well fenced so it keeps them from exploring deep into the brush. If you’re looking for a relaxing, quiet get away and are into fishing, birding, or the outdoors, this is the place for you!

Relaxing retreat

Wow, the view from the deck in this home was incredible, so relaxing. Waking up to this view with a cup of coffee every morning was a dream come true. Comfortable home with all you need. Comfy beds and furniture, great area to walk and explore. Great wineries and friendly people. The guys loved fishing at all hours. Meteor shower watching on the deck at 4am was something I probably won’t see again. Thank you Tini for hosting us your home. The Hillman’s and Leonczyk’s

Lake house with all the amenities

Had a wonderful stay at Tini's lake house during xmas 2023. Traveling from Los Angeles, the drive was pretty long and intense, but any difficulties melted away as soon as we arrived at the property. A quirky yet comfortable house, with additional detached room, gives you plenty of space to hangout and sleep. The private dock down to the lake, with complimentary kayaks offers a lot of activities. While we didn't use the jacuzzi, it's heated and clean for use any time of the year. I plan on bringing my family back to this house.

Amazing hostess & beautiful home

For the past 10yrs we take a family trip to Clearlake for some much needed down time. This place had everything that we needed. Typically we’d have to bring our own napkins, spices, pots, pans, cooking oil, speakers, coffee, bathroom essentials, you name it.. this year, we didn’t need all of that! Tini was super prepared for our stay and made a huge effort to ensure that we enjoyed our time. Saying that house was perfectly equipped is an understatement. She kept in constant contact with us and ensured that we had everything we needed to make our time there memorable. Because of her hospitality, we look forward to booking this house again our future stays. Thanks again Tini for making this trip that much more enjoyable!!!

Absolutely Magical

Our group of couples from the Bay Area, celebrating a birthday, felt like we were in our own nature preserve with perfect sunset views of Mt. Konocti and the lake, eagles flying overhead, and a beautiful home filled with lovely touches and everything we needed. The compound has everything: we watched the Olympics on the huge TV, cooked huge meals in the kitchen and spent most of our time on the deck or the dock. The house is beautiful, the kayaking truly special. It’s clear how much the owners have put into this home, and I’m now the hero among my friends for having found the perfect peaceful rental. If you want to go to a crowded beach, go elsewhere. If you want a deeply relaxing break on a beautiful and sacred place, grab the rental. I can’t say enough good things about Tini who was 0 accessible and incredibly kind.
