We loved how many different areas we could enjoy. We were 2 families with 3 adults, 5 young adult kids, and a dog. There was plenty of room for us to all enjoy and have space. Clean, updated, comfortable, GREAT place!

If I was ever to imagine what my dream Lake house would be, this would be it! Every possible amenity you could think of was included. The furnishings were classy & comfortable, matching the lake vibes. The view, no matter where you were at in the house, was spectacular. Both decks had comfortable seating and a view that was worth getting up for to watch the sunrise. The house was spotless and very homey. The dock was stable and we enjoyed fishing morning and night on the platform. The location is ideal, with grocery, gas, restaurant’s all within a mile. Quite honestly, I think I have checked off something on my bucket list. This was the PERFECT Lake house.

Hosted guests from around the world for my mother's 90th birthday.The house was spotless and immaculately clean. There were numerous choices of gathering spots and the inside and outside areas blended well for a diverse group.Mornings watching the sunrise across the lake was spectacular. Otters frolicking on the shore of the lake, cool breezes etc., etc. Evenings, people sat out and chatted around any of the comfortable outdoor sofas and tables. Blankets were available for the evening chill.I can't think of a single thing I would have changes or anything that was lacking from the house or the property. My best VRBO rental ever.

We had a great stay! The house was pristine and had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen. Our host was super helpful. We’ll definitely be back in the summer when we can enjoy the lake.

We had a great stay! The place is amazing with many extra. Coffee was furnished, the furnishings were very comfortable but also gave you were at d beach house on an island somewhere! Amber was very quick to help with and extra needs ! The VRBO was wonderful! We will go there again?

A lovely lakefront property in the heart of downtown Lakeport. Gorgeous outside space with everything a family could want......A great dock for fishing (our boys favorite pastime), life vests of every size, and paddleboards. Inside the kitchen is well equiped, beds cozy, towels fluffy. Decor is adorable. Multiple throws were much appreciated for watching the sunrise from the deck.

Clearlake stay

Very clean. Great relaxing exterior overlooking the lake. Interior design was very nice and clean. Highly recommend this house if you are in the area

Beautiful House!

This is a beautiful home, right on the lake, and was a great place to stay for a weekend trip. The house is large, with amazing views of the lake, and a fully stocked kitchen. We especially enjoyed the 2-floor deck, and the long dock over the water. Everything was clean, and check-in was easy!

Perfect Getaway

The Lake House was a perfect place to enjoy the lake and family. The outdoor seating was perfect for the views and to watch the wildlife. The dock was a must for the fishing boat. The house is updated and cute. We can’t wait to go back!

Great property!

We stayed at Amber's property over Thanksgiving. It was absolutely perfect- from the beautiful view of the lake, to the patio where our puppy occupied herself for hours, and the very well equipped kitchen- this place had it all! You won't be disappointed

Just Perfect

We had a wonderful stay on the lake. The house is so clean, updated, nicely decorated and has everything and more that you need. The pool table on the upper deck was a fun bonus and the hot tub was nice to relax in after a day on the water. The view of the lake is absolutely beautiful.

July 4th Fireworks

What a fantastic place to view the July 4th fireworks. The view from the dock and decks provided great seating to enjoy the show. The waterfront sunrises were a joy to view every morning with your cup of coffee on the deck.

Great location!

We had a wonderful time in Lakeport with our teen daughters and extended family. The lake and abundance of wildlife were beautiful. We enjoyed several stunning sunrises and sunsets from the balconies. The house is well kept and had everything we needed, including a few extras to make our dogs feel welcome. I liked that we were able to park our cars in the garage and in the gated driveway. We would definitely stay again.

First Class Bass Fishing

The house was well appointed, on the lake, AC was on and the Bass were bighting. The communication was great throughout the entirety of our stay and everyone had a great time. I think I set the record on GalagaWill be back for some big ones during spawning.

This house literally has everything you could possibly want or need. The views are spectacular from the house and the town of Lakeport is very unpretentious and charming. Every restaurant we dined in was very good. You can roll out of bed and walk to get a latte up the road and they could even make a flat white at Suzie Q's doughnuts. Of particular note is Lakshmi. Where we are from in New Jersey, there is Indian food galor in every strip mall everywhere, yet we found this cozy, empty place to have fabulous food. Even better than what we find at home. There were not only human towels in the house but towels for dogs, fully labeled, dog food/water bowls, and poop bags. Our daughter had her dog and he had the best time (he is usually home in an empty house). We made many great memories here! Only two things I'll mention that are relatively minor. It was very hot when we arrived (folks are asked to leave the temp on 85 when they leave). Upon our arrival it was 101 outside so arriving into an 85 degree home wasn't optimal. Maybe the cleaning crew could turn down the temp prior to guest arrival? Also, the heat brought algae to the entry point of the lake, so also not possible to swim off the dock or really close by. Not anything that can be controlled, but worth mentioning if you were planning a swim. All in all a great experience.

Beautiful getaway

We came here to celebrate our grandson's 21st birthday and it was wonderful - a bit cold with unexpected patches of snow but the house was totally comfortable and warm, It was a joy to wake up in morning to bright sunshine coming into upstairs living area and deck. The house is beautiful, well furnished and stocked - everything we could ask for. We look forward to coming back when the weather is warmer to enjoy the house, lake and surrounding sights. The hosts were also very helpful and attentive, which to our enjoyment of our stay.

Fabulous place to spend July 4th

We loved our time at this rental for Fourth of July. The layout was perfect for our group (two couples, one couple w/ two kids and two dogs). The private dock was a great place to relax and watch the amazing number of birds that pass through the area on the Pacific Flyway. It's a short walk into downtown Lakeport, which puts on a great party for the Fourth. We had nightly fireworks that could be perfectly viewed from the dock or one of the back patios. The kitchen was well appointed, and made it super easy to make breakfasts and dinners from the group. We spent a fun day on the Blue Lakes nearby with kayaking and swimming, and also recommend making the beautiful hour drive over to Marshall Redwood Grove.
