Adjacent to over 20 miles of paved paths with no hills make this a walking and biking paradise for all ages. This combined with being in the center of 14 miles of the most beautiful beaches on the east coast assures a relaxing time year round if the beach is what you are after.
Just 70 yards from the beach and 1 mile to the shops and restaurants of Coligny Plaza make this home away from home easy access to all you need with minimal driving.
Seven miles from Harbor town's beautiful sunsets and fifteen minutes from the Pickney Island Wildlife Preserve puts you right in the middle of all Hilton Head has to offer.
The closest boat ramp is only 5 miles away and the fishing is fantastic at the South Beach rip and Port Royal Sound. There is plenty of space for your boat in the driveway.

Great location, had a good time with family
Location is great, my family and I were steps from the beach and close to Coligny, where you find food and shops.
Would definatley stay here again.

Wonderful Stay!
Our host was very responsive anytime we had questions. The house was nice and homey and a perfect distance from the beach right down the road. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We loved the location of this house. It is in a beautiful and safe neighborhood. The beach is a very short walk away. The house came well stocked for a stress free vacation!

Wonderful house right by the beach
This home was perfect, private, super close to the beach, great area for biking, exploring, and relaxing! The house was very clean and well equipped, beds were comfortable, and it was very quiet and peaceful. Wonderful spot for a family vacation!

Beach vacation
The house was perfect for our family trip to the beach. The proximity of the house to the beach made long days at the beach a breeze. The neighborhood is perfect too. A wonderful vacation!

This home was the perfect spot for our family. A quick walk to the beach or a bike ride down to the shops, it was the perfect place for our family activities. John was so helpful and immediate in his responses. The kids loved the outside shower. This spot will become an annual tradition!

Restful week!
Nothing fancy but an awesome place to just get away and enjoy the beach. Close to everything HHI has to offer. We love going to the property and will continue to return. Next time we are going to try 3 weeks!

Superior HH stay
In a great location, this unpretentious home is an enjoyable place from which to see and experience HHI. Literally a 2 minute walk to the beach. Easy access to the bike networks. We will rent it again.

1 Robin Beach House
The property was great for us. We came down for the heritage tournament and also boated around the island. The beach is an easy walk down the street, and the house was the perfect relaxed beach house space for our crew. John was responsive and very helpful too.

Perfect beach getaway
We absolutely love this little beach house! So close to the beach and Coligny Plaza. The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed. John was easy to communicate with and even notified us that the house would be available early-which was so wonderful! We had 6 people- 4 adults and 2 kids (ages 9 and 6) and the house was a perfect fit for all of us! We can’t wait for our next trip to HHI and back to John’s beach house!

Close to beach! All necessities included
Great little rental property. Very close to beach. Host was incredible. Answered all questions quickly. Very responsive. Nothing fancy, but if you’re looking for a place close to the beach that is affordable with a necessities then you found it. Just an FYI there are no outlets restroom so just needed to get creative styling hair if need to.
