Within earshot of the rolling surf, this 1-bed, 2-bath is a lovely villa across from the Sonesta Resort. This 2nd-floor villa is a hop, skip, and jump to the beach! Shipyard’s location is optimum for filling your time with all the best things Hilton Head Island offers nearby.

I highly recommend renting this unit. It looks like it has been completely remodeled. It was very clean and the decor was beautiful. I liked being in an upper unit, and it was nice having 2 full baths, as we had 3 adults staying here during our visit. You are very close to both the pool and the beach area. The only thing I would note is that if you decide to walk to the beach, it is a little longer than 3 minutes to get there, but this was not an issue for us at all. The beach is definitely close and we rented bikes and rode them to the beach every day. Highly recommend staying here.

This condo was exceptional. It felt more like a home than a rental. Personal touches were everywhere; from battery operated candles, to a beautiful selection of glassware and tableware, framed artwork in all rooms, throw pillows, very comfortable furniture and bed, along with a sofa for relaxing in the bedroom. It was also very nice having a second bathroom with a shower. Fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed. We’ll definitely be staying here again.

This pet friendly unit was everything we wanted and needed. Our Yorkie loved it and so did we. Walkable to the beach and nicely decorated. We will return.

This condo is a very comfortable space, with a large bedroom, comfortable bed (we are picky), remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. The outdoor space is really nice and big, with sofa, chairs and table for four. The beach is close and their pool is also very nice, new and clean. The Vacation Company is the management company, and they do a GREAT job providing you with soaps, towels, etc. They were also very responsive when we first got there with a few questions. I gave them a 4/5 on cleanliness due to some pet hair still on some of the rugs. Perhaps they need a better vacuum cleaner.

The condo is furnished as well as any permanent house. We use a kitchen on vacations and other than sharp knives it was supplied with anything a cook could think of. Very comfortable and the balcony was furnished with really nice group setting and comfortable dining table with umbrella. Since we use a beach buggy for our chairs, an umbrella, etc. it would’ve been nice if we had someplace to store those items rather than having that locked off

The villa is nicely decorated, spacious for a 1 bedroom and very well equipped for a vacation rental. Our only complaint would be it was not clearly stated in villa description that this is a second floor unit with 2 sets of stairs. Ok for us but anyone with mobility issues would have a problem. Location was great. Easy walk to the beach!

This is an amazing place to stay. So comfortable. We felt at home right away. So clean and everything was beautifully decorated. Everything we needed was there, and they even had a welcome bag for our dogs! We only wished we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be back!

Location ! Wonderful trails to walk around the community and to the beach.Condo was roomy and comfy. The Vacation company is a great managing group. The lovely welcome gifts and cleanliness was the best I’ve seen. Great customer service. Would be good to have darker wash clothes for makeup . Bed is not real comfy . Nice decor .

Great place!

We loved this property. It was perfect for our family and two dogs. From here you are walking distance to the beach, an inground pool, and the Shipyard is a perfect centralized location on the island in general. 10/10 would stay again
