The Space:
Mountain View is a recently updated, family-friendly loft located in the desirable North Creek Resort. This spacious unit accommodates up to 5 guests and offers a comfortable and convenient home base for your Blue Mountain getaway.
The main floor features a private bedroom with a Queen bed, a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo, and an open-concept living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals and includes a large island with seating for four. The living space also offers a cozy electric fireplace, perfect for relaxing after a day outdoors. Need extra sleeping space, there is also a pull out sofa in the living room area.
The second-floor loft includes a Queen bed, an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo, and a private balcony with western exposure, providing plenty of natural light throughout the afternoon.
Guests can also enjoy two private balconies, each offering peaceful views of Blue Mountain and the surrounding resort. With two full bathrooms and thoughtful amenities throughout, Mountain View is an excellent choice for families, couples, or small groups looking for comfort and convenience.

North Creek Resort provides stunning views of the mountain, seasonal outdoor pool, hot tub, tennis courts, and restaurant on site.
Getting Around:
The free shuttle service to and from Blue Mountain Village is available to guests staying in the unit. 25 minute walk or a 2 minute drive. Ski from North Base to the Village at Blue Mountain. Within a 10-15 minute drive to Downtown Collingwood and Thornbury.
Other Things to Note:
The outdoor seasonal swimming pool, tennis courts, hot tub and BBQ's are public spaces and shared with other guests staying at the resort. This unit is ski in / ski out. You will have to walk 3-5 minutes to access North Base at Blue Mountain.

Weather did not cooperate so we spent more time in the condo than expected. It was comfortable and situated in great location.

Blue Mountain Stay
Stayed with some friends of ours, and had the absolute best time! It was perfect, and would completely recommend!

Great Stay
The condo had everything we needed and communication with the host was quick. It was close to everywhere we needed to go and the free shuttle was a bonus! We had a great time in the Blue Mountains.

This is a great property. Clean, great location minutes from the resort. Nice and quiet.

Steph and Joseph are very freindly and attentive hosts. The condo is very comfortable and quiet. The Collingwood area is a beauiful and vibrant community.

Ski at Blue Mountain
Very clean and confortable 2 bedroom/2 bath unit very close to Blue mountain. Check in and out very straightforward and hosts responsive. Beds are comfortable with lots of pillows. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay, the location was great, near the village and close to the lake and hiking.The only problem was that the air conditioing (cooling) did not work in the upstairs bedroom and sitting room, as a result uncomfortable nights, otherwise a nice apartment and a very enjoyable stay..

Beautiful house
My family and I stayed at this place for 2 nights. It was wonderful and the place is clean. We are comfortable with the place and it is located near the blue mountain village. We eill definitely book this plat again in the future.

Nice place for a getaway
Nice condo, very comfortable and clean. Beds are excellent. Nice bedding and we had great sleeps. Nice sitting out on the deck in the sun. Very well equipped kitchen.

Enjoyable stay!
This property was just as it was shown. ….. clean and comfortable with all the amenities of home. Beds, linens and towels were exceptional. Any communication with the hosts was prompt and positive.

Just Lovely
We loved our time in this area and the condo was very comfortable, had everything we needed and the space was perfect for the four of us. The two decks were nice to have coffee in the morning and a cocktail in the evening. The time of year with the beautiful colors and perfect weather was another bonus. A perfect getaway.

The property was in a perfect location. There’s a wonderful cool pool along with a very large hot tub available from 9 to 9. That felt great after a long day of walking trails. The Indian restaurant located right on the property was excellent. Anytime I contacted for information or assistance. The response was immediate. we had everything we needed in the condo. The resort is nice because it’s not too big so we didn’t have large crowds. And it was an easy walking distance to blue Mountain Village. We will definitely come back here again.

Comfortable and Affordable
Plenty of room and very comfortable beds. Very clean but also very basic washrooms.Housekeeping spotless,but building maintenance could be a little more diligent. Burnt out light bulbs hole in ceiling,outside decks/balconies were disgusting and in dire need of renovating.

Cozy condo
Unfortunately we had a lot of issues dealing with cleanliness. Leftover food in the oven, old coffee pods left in the coffee maker. Both bathrooms had hair on the floors

Beautiful little place
It was clean and practical. Our kids loved sharing the loft area, and having 2 bathrooms is great. Kitchen is small but practical. We were able to cook our own meals. Location was good. Very close to north lift and i would consider it a “true ski-in” as you can ski basically to the a couple of the units within the complex. Ours was across the laneway but still so close. The walk to the north “weider express” lift is only a few mins. Our only complaint is that to walk to the village there is no sidewalk for the first 8 mins or so along grey county road 19. But this is not a complaint about the unit, more of the location. We knew it wasn’t in the village. All in all we’d be happy to come back for sure! Price was much better than the village. And the communication with owners was A. Keep up the good work guys and we hope to be back again.

The Communication with Joseph was very good, no issues at all. The Condo was in a good location for what we were doing in the area, and the Collingwood area is wonderful. The Property Management needs to address their Garbage Bins as they were disgusting, garbage everywhere. However this unit is in DESPERATE need of a deep clean and requires upgrades, repairs and a paint job throughout. We found a sock underneath a bed when looking for a dropped ear ring, and the dust bunnies underneath were awful, as well as many other places. The patio glass doors were filthy, and the screen upstairs on that patio door could not close, so we couldn't sit outside at night as bugs would get inside. Besides, there was only one chair. There was what appeared to me mold on the track in the upstairs Patio door. The upstairs bath tub has a broken dial with a very sharp pointed piece of metal protruding, which could be dangerous. The decks are horrid, and even unsafe. The railings on both balconies are falling apart with rotted wood, and the deck floor is the same, don't walk barefoot. We left a day early due to the Smoke from the forest fires ( with no refund offered for the day) and good thing we did as the toilet paper supply ran out. In closing, I could not recommend his place to stay unless the upgrades and the cleanliness is addressed. It is a worn unit and needs a paint job.
