Our stay at this property was excellent. The house is updated and very clean. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are quite large. Unfortunately the garage was not available as indicated in the property details, which was part of the reason we chose this house when we booked it.

We stayed at the location because it was right next door to the wedding venue. It worked out so great for the groomsmen to all get dressed there. Was within walking distance from the venue…. So they didn’t have to drive anywhere after the reception.

We rented Willow on Grand for our daughter’s wedding. The venue has a place for the bride and girls to get ready but not the men so we rented the house for the men to have a place to get ready and hangout. It served our purpose perfectly!

Wonderful property! Location was excellent and close to everything we were looking for. Home was super cute and we loved the hot tub and fire pit. Beds were comfy and I would highly recommend staying here! We will definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay!!

We stayed here for a bachelorette weekend and it was the perfect place! The property was very clean, the host was very helpful, and the location was great! We really enjoyed the hot tub, highly recommend this place!

Everything was smooth, had issue with central air but owner came over & once it wasn’t working got someone to take a look at it & fixed quickly. Booked again for next year.

Great Location

The house worked out great for our recent visit for a family wedding. The location was convenient, and the home was clean and exactly as advertised. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had, which made everything go smoothly. I would definitely stay here again on a future visit!

Great Property, Great Location, Great Amenities

Loved the location of the property. So central to everything we needed. The property was very well kept, the hot tub and fire pit were great! Layout was awesome and was just what we needed for our time in town for the weekend. Will definitely be back in the future!

Great getaway!

First time using Vrbo. Host made it very easy to check in and provided contact in case of any concerns (had none). Nice property with perks like hot tub, outside area for fire, and several areas to view tv providing different areas for tv viewing/games for adults/young adults/kid. Nice, safe neighborhood. Would definitely stay their again!

A GREAT house

The two living rooms were perfect for a few visiting teenagers to play games. Beds were comfy, large bedrooms, great bedding. An excellent central location for the area. Would most def book again.

Great house, great location

We stayed at the house for the weekend, and it was great. The house was beautiful and clean, and the location was perfect. We were close to everything and had no issues at all. Excellent property manager who made check in and check out a very easy process. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Location!!!

I grew up in the Des Moines area and can say that this house is perfectly located in the center of the city, and is less than 15 minutes from every side of town. So many restaurant, shopping, and entertainment sources within 5 to 10 minutes, including downtown Des Moines!!!

Fantastic house and location

Large modern house, great space both inside and out. Nice fixtures and fittings (couple of minor things need a touch up) but overall wonderful! Comfy living room, beds comfy too. Garden and decking area great space to relax in. Host friendly and super responsive....also able to accommodate extra nights stay.

Weekend in Des Monies for youth event

Place worked will for us (parents) and four teens. Overall excellent, only issue is we saw pet hair in some locations of the house.
