The Property - Fully updated beach house directly on the ocean. Large deck with ocean views for evening barbeques. Huge yard for outdoor fun.

Master has a king bed with an ensuite. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and a twin bed and bedroom 3 has a queen bed. There is also a guest suite with a queen bed and ensuite.

The Neighbourhood - Quiet, walkable neighbourhood framed by the Strait of Georgia, Rathtrevor Beach Provincial Park and the Englishman River Estuary, right on the cusp of downtown Parksville. Walk to Rathtrevor and take in a nature program at our provincial park just a few blocks away. Ride your bikes into town and discover the quaint little shops or restaurants. On cool days take in Woodgrove Mall in Nanaimo, just 20 minutes away or Coombs Country Market 15 minutes.
