This was a great house! The owner was so nice and so easy to communicate with. Excellent location!!!! Very clean, cozy and very comfortable beds!!! Definitely will stay here again!!! Parking was great too, right out the front door. He also had it decorated very cute for Halloween.

We came here for my Bachelorette party and had a wonderful time! The condo was very clean, the area was a very short walk to all the shops and restaurants. The host was very responsive and helpful when we needed him!Would stay here again in the future!

We loved staying at Kevins place! The location was so perfect! We could walk to town easily and get to the beach for sea glass hunting. Kevin was very easy to get in touch with and so accommodating. I would definitely stay here again!

Everything from check-in to check out, laundry to parking and walking distance to everything thing was beyond the best. We had a fabulous time and felt like we were at home.

We loved it here! Host was very communicative and the place had everything we needed (and more). Loved the multiple keys (so we didn't lock ourselves out!), the attention to detail (bathroom hooks, cooking supplies, beach equipment!), and layout. Lots of room for our family of four (2 adults 2 littles). Felt friendly for everyone. Will be back!

Good tips from Kevin about the area. Easy check-in and check-out. Perfect location - near the action but quiet. Farland Market, just at the corner, met nearly all our needs with morning coffee and pastries, great sandwiches, and incidental groceries. Loved our walk out to Long Point Lighthouse. Kitchen was well-stocked (even with spices and condiments) though too many appealing restaurants for us to want to cook.

We love this place, we have stayed here before, we loved it so much we came back. I love the extra hooks in the bathroom for the towels. I love the plants it makes it feel like a home. The place feels very loved and well taken care of. There are plenty of kitchen pans, dinner ware, and anything you need to make a meal. It is in a great spot a easy walk to commerical Street. We will definitely be back again.

We loved this space! Perfect walking distance to beach / shops / town hall, where our event was. Great kitchen for cooking our own meals (Ptown food is expensive!) Beautiful light coming through stained glass on windows. Great shower pressure & no issues with temp.

Our host Kevin's property was adorable, quiet, clean and well stocked with everything you would ever need. The property was located only a few blocks to downtown. There were 3 of us that stayed for 3 nights and we all felt very much at home If I could give Kevin and his place 10 stars I would. Thank you for opening up your home to us. Thoughtful owner, terrific location, well appointed kitchen, onsite parking, nice linens, books and games, great shower, comfortable bed, good reading lights. Kevin’s condo had it all! Would certainly choose it again for a Provincetown visit
