RECENTLY RENOVATED 2 BEDROOM CONDO WITH DECK & OFF STREET PARKING CLOSE TO BEACH

Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this first floor, newly decorated, fully furnished, 2 bed, 1 bathroom condo. The kitchen and bathroom have been newly renovated. Two comfortable queen beds await! Window AC's and ceiling fans are in both bedrooms. The spacious living room is fully furnished and is equipped with a ceiling fan. It features a sliding door leading out to a private deck . The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, stove, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, cookware and cafe/bar height dining table. A gas grill for your exclusive use is provided outside. A coin operated laundry is located in the basement.

Located in a complex across the road from the beach, guests can enjoy an afternoon of beach activities! This beach is PERFECT for watching the sun rise! Right next to condo complex is the Harbor Hotel with a public pool, cabana bar and fire pit. A 20-25 minute walk into the town center will bring you past many stores, galleries and restaurants! The Provincetown Bus stops frequently in front of the complex in season and takes you into town for $2.00 per person.

The unit includes internet and ROKU TV (bring your passwords and you can watch your favorite shows). Some books and games are also provided. A dedicated parking spot for ONE car is available next to the building.

Strict 4 guest maximum. This is a quiet residential complex with a lot of full time residents. This condo is one of 4 units in a detached building. Parties are NOT allowed. Guests will be required upon booking to sign a vacation recreational agreement.

Unfortunately pets are not allowed for renters due to severe homeowner allergies.

Minimum of 7 days rental in peak season, 2-3 days shoulder season, 2 days off season. Rental Agreement with condo information and regulations must be signed and returned within 48 hours of booking to complete the booking.

Perfect P-Town getaway!

We loved every minute of our stay! Not only was this a great location but it was clean, perfect for myself and 2 friends. Kitchen had plenty of utensils, pots and pans if you want to cook. The shower was great and the towels were nice and thick and fluffy! The beach was just a short walk away and there is a great path across highway 6 that takes you to a cool dune path. The house was clean and neat and very cozy. We rented electric bikes from Gale Force bike rentals which was a ton of fun. Drag Brunch at the Crown and Anchor was a blast! Wine tasting at the Truro Vineyards was lovely as well. Overall it was a fun weekend and we are so happy we booked with Mars and Paula. Thank you!!

Responsive owners & clean, updated unit

We stayed here over Columbus Day weekend. Prior to arriving, the owners were very responsive, via email, to questions we had. They also let us know the unit was ready before the normal check-in time. The unit was very clean and had all the stnecessities.

Clean, cute, close to everything

Loved this condo! Wished we could have stayed longer. Newly updated, clean, lovely decor, comfy furniture, easy parking. The owners were super easy to communicate with over the app, email and text. P-Town was super close. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Beach House Getaway

My friend and I just completed a lovely stay here while visiting Provincetown. The location was super close to a beach (we would have checked it out if not for the stormy weekend!) and also to all of the things we wanted to see downtown. The condo itself was well-appointed, quiet, and comfortable with easy, straight-forward instructions. We definitely want to come back to visit in nicer weather and we would absolutely book this location again. The hosts were gracious, easy to work with, and super thoughtful. We had a wonderful time.

Lovely beach property

Loved staying here with family. Beach is right there and town is an easy walk (very easy bike). The property is comfortable and clean. Hopefully we'll be back!

Best kept secret

I can’t say enough good things about our stay. This property is extremely clean, has everything you need if you decide to stay in and cook and the hosts are very responsive. We visit every year and usually stay in P town however due to the location of this property (beautifully situated by the water) and how close it is to downtown, as well as the price difference- it makes staying here a no brainer. We will definitely be back!

Tranquil beach-and-forest retreat

Lovely, clean, quiet and simple spot, the condo complex is across the street from the beach but the unit looks out on a cool patch of forest. At the every edge of town, we like the tranquility but a reasonable, 15-minute bike ride into the center of it all. Simple process, fully stocked unit with two air conditioners, extension cords, towels, sheets, beach chairs, dish soap, basic cleaning supplies. Gentle hosts, really nice stay.

Peaceful and relaxing

Mars and Paula were wonderful hosts and very responsive. Everything was laid out clearly in their info binder so we had almost no questions. The walk into the center of ptown is a bit long but that’s why we like this place. It’s quiet and very close to the beach. You’re able to be in the water with a 2 minute walk across the street. The condo is very clean and wonderfully updated. Water pressure is great and it has all the basics to cook your favorite meals. The view of the woods from the unit makes it feel very private and the landscaping is very beachy. We have stayed in a few condos in this complex over the years and this one was top of the line. There is a pool next door when the ocean tires you out and bikes you can rent on the fly.

Great condo near the beach!

This was a great spot in Ptown right across from the beach! The place itself was very cute and private feeling even though it was a part of a condo community. Everything was spotless and check in was super easy! The hosts Mars and Paula were very accommodating. It is a ~4 minute drive and ~30 minute walk into the downtown area.

Pristine P-Town Property

My dad and I needed a place to unwind in Provincetown for a couple days after participating in a race in Falmouth. We had an absolutely perfect experience at Mars’ and Paula’s condo right off the water. Instructions could not have been clearer and more thorough, and we could not think of anything at all that was missing to make the stay comfortable. It was quiet, adorably decorated in a beach theme, and was incredibly clean. Beds were comfortable and the hosts were highly communicative for questions and check in/out logistics. We highly recommend this place; thank you so much!

Nice Cape location

This property was perfect for our family get away week. The place was clean , spacious and well stocked with basic essentials. The owners made checking in/out so easy it was a pleasant experience. The location was perfect for all Cape activities. Martha's Vineyard, whale watching, Bad Martha's Brewery, the Pilgrim Monument, restaurants, shopping, and the beaches, of course. We would stay in this unit again.

Clean and well-appointed unit

We very much enjoyed our week at Bay Colony. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and cooking implements, and the shower was great. We also liked that it is walking distance to town and across from a little bay beach. It was quiet and ample for the four of us. Thank you.

Very cool vibes from this awesome place

Quiet does not describe this location well enough in my opinion. When the doors and windows are closed, you don’t hear anything outside at all. At all. It was so refreshing to enter a clean, well lit, easy to navigate layout, fantastic design and simple taste in decor (meaning the theme isn’t overdone or over the top), beautiful location in general. The ocean is literally across the street. There were horseshoe crabs the size of a softball all over the place. 10/10 would book again

Best Vacation Ever

We loved this place so much that we were trying to figure out dates to book as soon as we checked out! This was our second trip to Provincetown but this trip as so much better because of the location and rental. This place was one of the cleanest rental properties that I’ve been in. We arrived and there was a welcome letter and snacks from the host. Beach chairs, beach towels, Roku, grill, board games etc! 2 minute walk to the shore! We even caught the bus a couple of times into town. Picked us up right on the corner in front of the property! This place was a 10 out of 10

Great Place

We had a wonderful time in Provincetown. The accommodations were perfect. It was a wonderful home away from home experience. Mars and Paula went out of their way in welcoming us, including picking us up at the pier when there was a very long wait for us to get an Uber or Taxi.

Nice condo

The condo decor was beautiful, the utilities, kitchen supplies, grill, deck furniture were all great. The complex grounds could have been cleaner and offer 2 car parking but that is the management responsibility not owners. We were lucky to have a place for one of our cars. If I were to change something, it would be to put in central air conditioning throughout the condo. The window air conditioners were loud and did not cool the front of the condo, The mattress on the platform beds were not comfortable, maybe for younger people but being in our mid-late sixties it did not give us a good sleep.

Simply Perfect

Amazing location—just the right distance between downtown Ptown and north Truro—in a comfortable, perfectly appointed condo. Insanely clean (esp for a beach house), and the hosts were accommodating and very easy to communicate with. Highly highly recommend Paula and Mars house. We had such an amazing week there, and are counting down the days to returning!!

Wonderful stay in a quieter part of town

When our initial rental cancelled on us without warning, we were in a panic for a trip we thought we were all set for. I am SO thankful that we found Mars and Paula! Their condo was the perfect size for us, and though it was a bit further away from the center of town than we were used to (but still easily accessible!), the quiet, calm area was exactly what we needed after the hustle and bustle that is Bear Week! The added benefit of the use of the pool at the hotel nearby was a nice touch! i loved sitting on our patio in the mornings, and after a day of shopping. Fully furnished kitchen made it easy to make meals at home, and loved having access to beach chairs and other amenities. Check in and check out were very easy, and the owners were easy to communicate with, and so accommodating! We would certainly book again in the future.

Perfect Getaway for Four People

We just arrived back home from our getaway at Paula and Mars perfect condo in Provincetown. The condo was perfect for the four of us and provided us with space and privacy. We were all very impressed with the newer walk in shower. We walked down the beach to Fanizzi's Restaurant the first night of our stay. We had a fantastic dinner and I highly recommend the Early Bird Dinner that included my gluten free clam chowder and salmon. f you have gluten allergies this is the place for you. We walked most of Commercial Street and back the first night. The walk was a but long to town but we didn't mind it for our first night. We loved playing in the pool in the nearby hotel. The pool is very large and nicely heated. They have a bar and food and no outside food or beverage is allowed. We cooked on the nice Weber Grill the second day. The grill is large and fairly new. There may be condiments in the refrigerator and we are grateful that there was ketchup and mustard. The condo had enough space and was very quiet throughout our visit. We even had a wild turkey in the backyard one of the mornings. Mars and Paula had perfect communication and we would highly recommend renting this place from them! They went out of their way to make us feel welcome! We had the perfect getaway with family.

Our Most Comfortable Vacation Rental Ever

From the moment I walked in -- really, from the moment I received the information packet about the condo -- I knew that I was in the hands of experienced and thoughtful hosts who thought of everything. The attention to detail let me know right away that we were going to be well taken care of. We spend more time in our rental than most groups, and cook more than most, I think. In the past, we've found we get into each other's space after the first few days. Not here! The layout of the condo is very efficient and there's plenty of space for the 4 of us to spread out comfortably. The location was great for us. We do a lot of walking and walked into downtown Provincetown several times. Also having the beach be so close was a plus for us. We were there every evening for a nice evening walk. As I said, we do a lot of cooking. The kitchen had everything we needed and more than we're used to in a vacation rental. The beds were larger than we usually find and comfortable to sleep in. It's so nice to wake up feeling refreshed! Our hosts were friendly and easy to reach. They replied quickly with thoughtful answers to several questions I had. Their welcome packet answered so many questions before we even had them. I would certainly stay here again!

Quaint, quiet, relaxing Provincetown get away

The owners have created a warm, cozy, comfortable living space with virtually any amenity we required. They are great communicators, very accommodating, and have keep space easy. It’s perfect for beach vacation lodging. We enjoyed being away from busy downtown Provincetown- when we chose, though it was within walking distance.

A delightful week in Provincetown

This condo had everything we needed for a home base in Provincetown. We had our college student son with us for the first few days, and it worked out great for our little family. It's a bit removed from the center of the action, so it's quiet and peaceful, and I loved looking out at the woods when I woke up each morning. We bought groceries so we could eat breakfast and some other meals in, but we also treated ourselves to some memorable meals out. I enjoyed morning runs through town and on a couple of nearby trails. Our weather was on the cool side with just one rainy day, but it warmed up enough for us to enjoy an afternoon at the free hotel pool down the street. We strolled up and down Commercial Street and enjoyed people-watching and browsing through shops and galleries. We also loved exploring the Cape Cod National Seashore and going on a never-to-be-forgotten whale watch tour. Mars and Paula were super-helpful and great about communicating with us. We'd love to stay at their place again sometime!
