RECENTLY RENOVATED 2 BEDROOM CONDO WITH DECK & OFF STREET PARKING CLOSE TO BEACH

Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this first floor, newly decorated, fully furnished, 2 bed, 1 bathroom condo. The kitchen and bathroom have been newly renovated. Two comfortable queen beds await! Window AC's and ceiling fans are in both bedrooms. The spacious living room is fully furnished and is equipped with a ceiling fan. It features a sliding door leading out to a private deck . The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, stove, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, cookware and cafe/bar height dining table. A gas grill for your exclusive use is provided outside. A coin operated laundry is located in the basement.

Located in a complex across the road from the beach, guests can enjoy an afternoon of beach activities! This beach is PERFECT for watching the sun rise! Right next to condo complex is the Harbor Hotel with a public pool, cabana bar and fire pit. A 20-25 minute walk into the town center will bring you past many stores, galleries and restaurants! The Provincetown Bus stops frequently in front of the complex in season and takes you into town for $2.00 per person.

The unit includes internet and ROKU TV (bring your passwords and you can watch your favorite shows). Some books and games are also provided. A dedicated parking spot for ONE car is available next to the building. Parking for more than ONE car is NOT guaranteed due to a very limited amount of visitor parking spaces.

Strict 4 guest maximum. This is a quiet residential complex with a lot of full time residents. This condo is one of 4 units in a detached building. Parties are NOT allowed. Guests will be required upon booking to sign a vacation recreational agreement.

Unfortunately pets are not allowed for renters due to severe homeowner allergies.

Minimum of 7 days rental in peak season, 2-3 days shoulder season, 2 days off season. Rental Agreement with condo information and regulations must be signed and returned within 48 hours of booking to complete the booking.

What a fabulous stay! Hosts Mars and Paula provided clear and helpful communication, including a list of restaurants and etc. to check out in town; the property is lovely, well-equipped, comfortable, and cozy, in a quiet and convenient location; the beach access is right across the street and provides gorgeous sunset views. Mars and Paula even left us a lovely souvenir, which was so kind and appreciated. We look forward to a future stay at this lovely condo.

Wonderful quiet little spot just outside of town, but within walking distance of everything. Owners were welcoming and responsive, could not have asked for a better stay!

Provincetown week

All the glowing reviews are accurate. I had no complaints or issues staying here for a Mon-Friday stay in June. Mars and Paula go above and beyond to make people comfortable and accommodate their needs. You absolutely know you are dealing with real people and not some distant rental agency. Thank you.

Loud upstairs tenants 5:30am both mornings!!

A few days away is something I cherish, but unfortunately I don’t know if the upstairs tenant was an owner or short term renter, but the dog barking and the heavy footsteps and slamming the door woke me up both mornings at 5:30AM!! I go away to sleep in, so never again will I rent a first floor condo!!

Great condo near the beach!

This was a great spot in Ptown right across from the beach! The place itself was very cute and private feeling even though it was a part of a condo community. Everything was spotless and check in was super easy! The hosts Mars and Paula were very accommodating. It is a ~4 minute drive and ~30 minute walk into the downtown area.

Nice Cape location

This property was perfect for our family get away week. The place was clean , spacious and well stocked with basic essentials. The owners made checking in/out so easy it was a pleasant experience. The location was perfect for all Cape activities. Martha's Vineyard, whale watching, Bad Martha's Brewery, the Pilgrim Monument, restaurants, shopping, and the beaches, of course. We would stay in this unit again.

Clean and well-appointed unit

We very much enjoyed our week at Bay Colony. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and cooking implements, and the shower was great. We also liked that it is walking distance to town and across from a little bay beach. It was quiet and ample for the four of us. Thank you.

Tranquil beach-and-forest retreat

Lovely, clean, quiet and simple spot, the condo complex is across the street from the beach but the unit looks out on a cool patch of forest. At the every edge of town, we like the tranquility but a reasonable, 15-minute bike ride into the center of it all. Simple process, fully stocked unit with two air conditioners, extension cords, towels, sheets, beach chairs, dish soap, basic cleaning supplies. Gentle hosts, really nice stay.

Simply Perfect

Amazing location—just the right distance between downtown Ptown and north Truro—in a comfortable, perfectly appointed condo. Insanely clean (esp for a beach house), and the hosts were accommodating and very easy to communicate with. Highly highly recommend Paula and Mars house. We had such an amazing week there, and are counting down the days to returning!!

Beautiful Beach House Getaway

My friend and I just completed a lovely stay here while visiting Provincetown. The location was super close to a beach (we would have checked it out if not for the stormy weekend!) and also to all of the things we wanted to see downtown. The condo itself was well-appointed, quiet, and comfortable with easy, straight-forward instructions. We definitely want to come back to visit in nicer weather and we would absolutely book this location again. The hosts were gracious, easy to work with, and super thoughtful. We had a wonderful time.

A wonderful and comfortable getaway that is situated in a perfect part of town

We loved our stay at this residence. Great location- walked across the street to hang on the beach with little effort and beautiful sand/water. Steps away from a hiking trail for a morning work out. Pool and poolside service across the street as well. As for the condo itself, Mars has thought of everything. Bed are extremely comfortable and the grill is large and ready to cook up deliciousness. Highly recommended rental.

Very cool vibes from this awesome place

Quiet does not describe this location well enough in my opinion. When the doors and windows are closed, you don’t hear anything outside at all. At all. It was so refreshing to enter a clean, well lit, easy to navigate layout, fantastic design and simple taste in decor (meaning the theme isn’t overdone or over the top), beautiful location in general. The ocean is literally across the street. There were horseshoe crabs the size of a softball all over the place. 10/10 would book again

A delightful week in Provincetown

This condo had everything we needed for a home base in Provincetown. We had our college student son with us for the first few days, and it worked out great for our little family. It's a bit removed from the center of the action, so it's quiet and peaceful, and I loved looking out at the woods when I woke up each morning. We bought groceries so we could eat breakfast and some other meals in, but we also treated ourselves to some memorable meals out. I enjoyed morning runs through town and on a couple of nearby trails. Our weather was on the cool side with just one rainy day, but it warmed up enough for us to enjoy an afternoon at the free hotel pool down the street. We strolled up and down Commercial Street and enjoyed people-watching and browsing through shops and galleries. We also loved exploring the Cape Cod National Seashore and going on a never-to-be-forgotten whale watch tour. Mars and Paula were super-helpful and great about communicating with us. We'd love to stay at their place again sometime!

Great condo, fully equipped, close to all.Perfect family vacation place!

We were totally delighted with this wonderful condo, and it more than lived up to our expectations. The place was just as pictured, and clean as a whistle. The owners thought of everything. What surprised us was how well stocked the kitchen was, with all the appliances, utensils, pots, pans, dishware and silverware you could ever need. They even supplied coffee and filters, and there was plenty of ice in the freezer. The beds were super comfortable, and the linens were thick and fluffy -- better than you'd find in many homes. The Bay was just across the street, and the public swimming pool at the hotel next door was more than adequate when we'd had enough beaching. Downtown Provincetown was a bit of a hike -- 20 minutes or so -- but it was an easy walk and well worth it once we got downtown. Several different ocean beaches were a short drive away, and much easier to get to than I had imagined. There were bike trails, nature walks and plenty of other activities right nearby, which helped keep our twin teenagers happy. I would definitely recommend this condo and would certainly like to stay there again when we visit the Cape.

Best host I’ve ever experienced. There was an issue with the bed being too soft, and they went and solved it by getting a piece of wood that day for us. The location is perfect with a beach you can walk to. It’s in the forest and protected from the wind. Lots of birds around.

Immaculate! Much larger than the pictures. AC in the bedroom worked perfect. Kitchen well stocked with dishes, cups and glasses. Bathroom shower had very modern sliding glass doors. Mars was very communitive with instructions and suggestions. The neighbors were very friendly and steps to the beach directly across the street. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Very nice place, clean, well organized, comfortable. The hosts wrote beforehand to tell us how to get in. On the edge of PTown. Literally across the street from the bay. No views but that’s ok. Very pleased w the place.
