This is a wonderful property. It was extremely clean and nicely decorated. Mars and Paula were very easy with whom to communicate. I would stay there again!

As advertised. Across the street from the beach and very easy access to Rt 6. Comfortable bed and everything you need!

We had a fantastic stay that was perfectly located to enjoy Cape Cod's nature and all of the activity of Provincetown. The property was clean and quiet and a short walk to the bay and the shuttle bus. The hosts were very responsive and kind.

We had a terrific stay in this condo. Was steps from the bayside and a quick walk to the dune shacks trail which we really enjoyed. A little walk to the center of p town but not far and we took the free shuttle back most of the time which stopped right in front of the condos. The condo itself was perfect for our needs and the hosts communication was perfect.

The Condo was perfect for our needs. We liked being away from the fray of dntn. The free bus worked out great and the bike rentals.

Great recently updated place, clean and well appointed. Communication was easy and proactive. Good location as well, with the beach across the street and walkable to town.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, updated, great communication with the owners. We loved that you could just walk to the end of the driveway and wait for the bus to town. There’s a schedule for the bus on the refrigerator. We came during the summer so it came often and it was free. The beach for the bay side across the street is convenient. Our favorite ocean beach was Herring Cove. We went from the beach to the pool next door to the condo to relax, have a drink and appetizers. There’s a splash pad for kids. 5 stars, would stay again!

This is only the second time I have used VRBO. The property was outstanding. It was about 1.5 miles to downtown which was a great thing. There was a free shuttle every 30 minutes. The condo was supper clean and nicely decorated. There was even a book left by Mars and Paula on things you needed to know. Oh, one more thing, there is a coin operated washer and dryer in the basement. Fantastic place to stay.

The place was absolutely perfect for our trip. It is located just outside of town, but the walk down Commercial Street was beautiful. We rented bikes, which made it quicker. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed for the trip. It was perfectly clean. The bedding & linens provided were of great quality. They were very helpful in communicating with me about everything related to the property. They also provided a beautiful welcome basket for us. I would absolutely stay here again. The beach access was nice, even though the weather did not cooperate with us.

Wonderful quiet little spot just outside of town, but within walking distance of everything. Owners were welcoming and responsive, could not have asked for a better stay!

Lovely beach property

Loved staying here with family. Beach is right there and town is an easy walk (very easy bike). The property is comfortable and clean. Hopefully we'll be back!

This property was beautiful well maintained the owners were very attentive. They left us cute key chains and made sure everything was ready for us and made us aware they were there if needed anything. I would stay again!!

Amazing Time!

We had an amazing time staying at this property! All the amenities you need for a long weekend. The check in process was very easy and they left us Cape Cod key chains as souvenirs which was very cute and thoughtful! Owners were very easy to get in touch with and helped us when we had questions. 10/10 would stay here again!

What a fabulous stay! Hosts Mars and Paula provided clear and helpful communication, including a list of restaurants and etc. to check out in town; the property is lovely, well-equipped, comfortable, and cozy, in a quiet and convenient location; the beach access is right across the street and provides gorgeous sunset views. Mars and Paula even left us a lovely souvenir, which was so kind and appreciated. We look forward to a future stay at this lovely condo.

Great Place

We had a wonderful time in Provincetown. The accommodations were perfect. It was a wonderful home away from home experience. Mars and Paula went out of their way in welcoming us, including picking us up at the pier when there was a very long wait for us to get an Uber or Taxi.
