RECENTLY RENOVATED 2 BEDROOM CONDO WITH DECK & OFF STREET PARKING CLOSE TO BEACH
Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this first floor, newly decorated, fully furnished, 2 bed, 1 bathroom condo. The kitchen and bathroom have been recently renovated. Two comfortable queen beds await! Window AC's and ceiling fans are in both bedrooms. The spacious living room is fully furnished and features a sliding door leading out to a private deck . The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, stove, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, cookware and cafe/bar height dining table. A gas grill for your exclusive use is provided outside. A coin operated laundry is located in the basement.
Located in a complex across the road from the beach, guests can enjoy an afternoon of beach activities! This beach is PERFECT for watching the sun rise! Right next to condo complex is the Harbor Hotel with a public pool, cabana bar and fire pit. A 20-25 minute walk into the town center will bring you past many stores, galleries and restaurants! The Provincetown Bus stops frequently in front of the complex in season and takes you into town.
The unit includes internet and ROKU TV (bring your passwords and you can watch your favorite shows). Some books and games are also provided. A dedicated parking spot for ONE car is available next to the building. Parking for more than ONE car is NOT guaranteed due to a very limited amount of visitor parking spaces.
Strict 4 guest maximum. This is a quiet residential complex with a lot of full time residents. This condo is one of 4 units in a detached building. Parties are NOT allowed. Guests will be required upon booking to sign a vacation recreational agreement.
Unfortunately pets are not allowed for renters due to severe homeowner allergies and Condo Association Rules and Regulations.
Minimum of 7 days rental in peak season, 2-3 days shoulder season, 2 days off season. Rental Agreement with condo information and regulations must be signed and returned within 48 hours of booking to complete the booking.

We had a terrific stay in this condo. Was steps from the bayside and a quick walk to the dune shacks trail which we really enjoyed. A little walk to the center of p town but not far and we took the free shuttle back most of the time which stopped right in front of the condos. The condo itself was perfect for our needs and the hosts communication was perfect.

This is only the second time I have used VRBO. The property was outstanding. It was about 1.5 miles to downtown which was a great thing. There was a free shuttle every 30 minutes. The condo was supper clean and nicely decorated. There was even a book left by Mars and Paula on things you needed to know. Oh, one more thing, there is a coin operated washer and dryer in the basement. Fantastic place to stay.

The place was absolutely perfect for our trip. It is located just outside of town, but the walk down Commercial Street was beautiful. We rented bikes, which made it quicker. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed for the trip. It was perfectly clean. The bedding & linens provided were of great quality. They were very helpful in communicating with me about everything related to the property. They also provided a beautiful welcome basket for us. I would absolutely stay here again. The beach access was nice, even though the weather did not cooperate with us.

Perfect
Wonderful quiet little spot just outside of town, but within walking distance of everything. Owners were welcoming and responsive, could not have asked for a better stay!

Lovely beach property
Loved staying here with family. Beach is right there and town is an easy walk (very easy bike). The property is comfortable and clean. Hopefully we'll be back!

What a fabulous stay! Hosts Mars and Paula provided clear and helpful communication, including a list of restaurants and etc. to check out in town; the property is lovely, well-equipped, comfortable, and cozy, in a quiet and convenient location; the beach access is right across the street and provides gorgeous sunset views. Mars and Paula even left us a lovely souvenir, which was so kind and appreciated. We look forward to a future stay at this lovely condo.

This property was beautiful well maintained the owners were very attentive. They left us cute key chains and made sure everything was ready for us and made us aware they were there if needed anything. I would stay again!!

Amazing Time!
We had an amazing time staying at this property! All the amenities you need for a long weekend. The check in process was very easy and they left us Cape Cod key chains as souvenirs which was very cute and thoughtful! Owners were very easy to get in touch with and helped us when we had questions. 10/10 would stay here again!

Great location. The unit was fully equipped and very comfortable. The amount of electrical outlets was genius. We enjoyed the grill too. Perfect vacation! Thank you.

Great Place
We had a wonderful time in Provincetown. The accommodations were perfect. It was a wonderful home away from home experience. Mars and Paula went out of their way in welcoming us, including picking us up at the pier when there was a very long wait for us to get an Uber or Taxi.

Clean, cute, close to everything
Loved this condo! Wished we could have stayed longer. Newly updated, clean, lovely decor, comfy furniture, easy parking. The owners were super easy to communicate with over the app, email and text. P-Town was super close. Would definitely stay here again.

Best host I’ve ever experienced. There was an issue with the bed being too soft, and they went and solved it by getting a piece of wood that day for us. The location is perfect with a beach you can walk to. It’s in the forest and protected from the wind. Lots of birds around.

Easter Weekend Getaway
My sister and I come to Provincetown every year for Easter weekend. We stayed at Mars and Paula's condo this year and were very happy. They are great hosts that were more than accommodating to us on our trip even offering a little later check out since no one was coming in right behind us. The condo was clean, nicely decorated and offered high end finishes in the kitchen and bath. We would highly recommend a stay here as it is close enough to town yet far enough away to be relaxing!

Quaint, quiet, relaxing Provincetown get away
The owners have created a warm, cozy, comfortable living space with virtually any amenity we required. They are great communicators, very accommodating, and have keep space easy. It’s perfect for beach vacation lodging. We enjoyed being away from busy downtown Provincetown- when we chose, though it was within walking distance.
