Great house in a great location. Host was very communicative and accommodating. Only minor issue was the Nest thermostat kept resetting which made it warm upstairs while trying to sleep.

Wonderful Weekend Getaway

My 6 year old enjoyed the outdoor play equipment and the numerous bins of legos to play with. There was plenty of room for the adults to have space, and the location was ideal for an easy trip to and from the Big House on game day.

Fantastic place to relax & close to Eastern, Ann Arbor, U of M

This was perfect. Super quiet neighborhood (I’d give 6 stars if I could), super cozy house. Lots of room! The kitchen was lovely. Trees, large yard, we took a short drive to the arboretum, it was totally worth it. Plus shopping.

Great for our short stay

The house had a nice amount of space for our family! Quiet neighborhood, nice outdoor space with some play equipment. The upstairs was a bit warm for us, but we're also in the middle of a heat wave this week. The owner was very helpful and kind!

Great Place!

Wonderful neighborhood. It was so nice to have my dog with us. It was conveniently located near the hospital where my husband had surgery. My family could visit comfortably and there's a Meijer store down the road. Beautiful TV room too!

Quiet and comfy location to relax each evening.

Greg was a fantastic host and very communicative throughout our stay. My wife and I were in the area on somewhat short notice to clean out my mother’s apartment after her recent passing. This home was a great spot for us to come back to and relax each evening. Greg was also wonderful in letting us extend our reservation an extra day, as the clean out was taking a bit longer than we anticipated. He was always quick to respond and helpful!

Short pleasant stay

Good for an extended family with children within the 8 person limit. Nice house and neighborhood. Huge oak trees. Playground apparatus in backyard and bunkbed bedroom were hits with the kids. Piano in the living room, too! Toddlers upstairs will need supervision to prevent falling down the steps. Only one bathroom upstairs that was augmented by a very small powder room on the main floor. Communication with property manager was excellent. We should have asked the mgr how to turn the heat on in the family room, because it got pretty chilly in there. Maybe some info in the welcome binder about how to turn on/adjust heat in the family room and where the extra blankets are stored? Overall very pleasant stay. Typical of short term rentals were the rather significant add-on charges beyond the base rate, but that is fairly common practice. For example, description says sleeps 8, but if you really want to sleep 8, there’s an upcharge. And then there’s a skim charge for VRBO. And then an owner’s charge and a cleaning charge even though we stripped all the beds, cleaned the dishes, took out the trash, etc. Nevertheless, the overall value for the dollars spent was reasonable.
