Welcome to Hidden Pond! This charming & well-appointed home with 2-car garage is located in-town Greenville the gateway to Moosehead Lake. The primary bedroom has a king size bed, tiled walk-in shower, smart TV and private entry. The loft has a queen bed, dresser and 2 twins. The sunny 4-season porch overlooks the beautiful back yard. Enjoy convenient snowmobile/ATV trail access, short walk to restaurants, pubs, shops, library and the Katahdin steamship. Huge yard, large driveway and garage for all the toys!

The main level of the home has a 4-season porch in the rear of the home. The main level is where the primary bedroom and 2 bathrooms are located as well as open concept kitchen/dining/living room. The second level is an open loft bedroom with a queen size bed & 2 twins.

The entire home with the exception of the larger garage is available to guests including the main level of the 2-car garage.

The pond sets back and is shared with the neighbor. It is not suitable for swimming and we ask that you not fish or throw anything in it. The trail in the rear of the property leads to the neighbors and is not accessible to guests. Town has easy access to both ATV and snowmobile trails. Please refer to the local trail maps available.
Greenville has an abundance of outdoor recreational activities to take advantage of. Take a scenic tour of the lake aboard the vintage steamship the Katahdin or affectionately known as "Kate" to the locals. Enjoy the shuttle to Mount Kineo to hike the carriage trails or golf one of the most beautiful courses in the country. Take a drive to the B52 crash site or hike the trails at Lily Bay State Park. Rent a side-by-side, ATV, bike, or skis at the local outfitter. Hire one of the many experienced local guides for a moose safari either by vehicle or canoe or go on a fishing excursion. You can be as busy or as bored as you wish!

We had a wonderful stay in Greenville, Maine! The house was beautiful, cozy, and very comfortable. The beds were especially comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a day of exploring. The check-out process was super easy and straightforward, and the hosts were excellent at communicating throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again!

We had an excellent time staying at Sara’s home. It was spacious for our group of 6 and had everything we needed. The convenience to downtown Greenville is unbeatable. We spent most of our nights in the backyard stargazing. I would recommend this home to anyone who is looking to stay in the area.

Hidden Pond is a great place to stay when visiting the Greenville area. It’s located in town so you can easily walk, or drive, to the local restaurants. The Indian Trading Post is also a short drive from the home. The home is spacious and very comfortable. Communication with the host is excellent. One thing to note…If you are arriving later in the evening be sure to check the closing times of the local restaurants in advance.

Visit Greenville Natural Beauty

Ejoyed the relaxing beauty of old town atmosphere. Small shops and country views of Moose Head Lake, and moose and deer .

We had a great stay! This home was clean, beautiful and had everything we needed. Hopefully we will be able to make it back for another stay soon. If I was asked what changes should be made to this property my only suggestion would be to extend the driveway behind the house for more parking or a turnaround spot for a wider vehicle. This house is in a great location, I wish our schedules aloud for a longer stay.

there were only the 2 of us, but there is plenty of room, indoors and out for any type of activities. we enjoyed the comfort and entire experience.

Adorable home in Greenville with trail access

This house was perfect for our long weekend in Greenville. The house was very clean, newly renovated, and had everything needed to enjoy our weekend. Would recommend and would certainly stay in this home again!

Feel like home away from home

So cozy and clean. Fully stocked with everything you need. Close to all the great places such as our favorite Stress free moose. Definitely will be back!!

Slice of heaven

We have been visiting Moosehead Lake since 1988. I never seizes to take my breath away when we come over the hill and first see the lake. Hidden properties made our visit memorable. Great place to stay

Lovely Home in a Convenient Location

The home was very clean and well equipped offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Sara was easy to communicate with, quickly responding to questions. We very much enjoyed our time at Hidden Pond.

Great home in a great location!

We loved our stay! The house is a very short walk to town which we enjoyed. The house was clean, cozy, and welcoming and we really felt like we were at home. The cabinets were stocked with some of the basics for cooking which we also enjoyed. I would definitely recommend this home for anyone’s stay in Greenville and we would book again for our next trip!

The house was one of the best locations we have stayed at in Maine. From the gorgeous interior to not having to worry about anything, the house was perfect for a weekend get away. My husband and I have not been away for some time (three children makes life busy) and this was simply perfection. We will solidly be back here to enjoy more time together and maybe bring the kids too! Thank you again!

Greenville comfort

The home is comfortable, wide open, extremely clean. The spacing is perfect, great beds, fantastic kitchen, wonderful lighting. We walked into town and enjoyed the lake, the people. The back yard is huge, the garage is a nice touch. Don’t miss this spot.

Great backyard

House was spotless and comfortable the backyard was very nice for an evening campfire. We did not spend a lot of time there we were very busy. Nice place to come back to at the end of the day. We did feel like we were being watched

Family getaway

Comfortable , cozy & convenient . This is a true home away from home . Beautiful backyard for children or just gathering around the firepit relaxing . Convenient for the guys to head out fishing all day and the girls to walk downtown and shop. Checked all the boxes . We’ll stay again !

A lovely fall weekend spot

Came to the area for a family wedding and needed a calm spot to escape the chaos. The house was well appointed, airy, and cozy. The beds were comfy, the sun room was perfect, and everyone was sad we didn’t get the chance to do a fire which would have been the perfect cap to the weekend. Will return if ever in the area again!

Splendid home and location

The property was lovely and in a great location. Loads of room, although we didn’t have children with us it would be be great for all ages. Sara, the host was quick to respond to our queries and offered suggestions in helping us locating some Moose - we failed! It would be lovely to return one day in another season perhaps. Really enjoyed our stay, thank you Sara.

Home away from Home

What is the best vacation spot, one where you truly feel everything to make your stay memorable , comfortable and relaxing is met , then this is your spot. Close to town yet the backyard ambiance says wilderness and comfort . Immaculate and gave us everything we wanted. We’ll definitely go back ! #MaineGem

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hidden Pond, the kitchen and living area was extremely comfortable. The king bed and queen bed were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area again. It was super close to town and plenty of things to do in Greenville area. They were a perfect host and texted back quickly if we had any questions.
