Experience unique modern midcentury home with floor to ceiling windows and tons of natural light. A true oasis, boasting an expansive layout and an oversized heated pool. Our home has plenty of parking making it ideal for large groups and families. With easy access to the freeway, you can explore the best that San Diego has to offer. Only 25 minutes from Downtown, the San Diego Zoo, Sea World and multiple beaches! Come create unforgettable memories in this remarkable space.
The space
Home is being re staged and new photos will be coming soon.

Private and spacious backyard with Pool, BBQ Grill, seating area, and entertaining space. Park up to 6 cars on the driveway. Luxurious bathrooms and Chef's kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Board games for families and kids!
Other things to note
Guests must be 21 years or older to book.
SMALL EVENTS, FAMILY GATHERINGS, BABY SHOWERS, SMALL BIRTHDAY PARTIES, BACHELORETTES, ARE ALLOWED WITH PRIOR APPROVAL.

Pool maintenance is done every Thursday during the day. Your team of hosts will reach out via the platform to confirm arrival.

POOL HEATING IS 250 PER DAY.

Waste management pick up occurs every Friday AM. Should your reservation fall on Thursday, we ask that the trash and recycle bins please be rolled to the street before Friday AM.

Great Staycation!

This was a great home for a retreat I co-hosted. The home is cute, well decorated, had plenty of space for all of us, and was overall a great experience. I'd totally recommend it. The floor-to-ceiling windows made for an epic sunset viewing.

Family Staycation

We had a great time together with family on this property. Plenty of pullout beds and rooms for everyone. Property was very clean and appliances were very nice and modern. Backyard had a lot of space for the kids to run around and play. Pool was a but dirty, but it wasnt a big deal as we weren't planning on using it anyway. Overall we had a great experience renting this property! Thank you for having us!

Great Host, Communicative & Very Understanding

We rented the place to celebrate a friends birthday party, the host was very understanding and accommodating. The only inside of the property was very clean, however the only thing we noticed was that the pool was dirty & it looked like it may have had algae on the bottom of it. Although it was a shame that we weren’t able to swim, I would definitely book again & recommend this host and property to others!

DO NOT BOOK! PLEASE READ!

DO NOT BOOK THIS LISTING! HOUSE IS FILTHY, NOT MAINTAINED, INFESTED WITH ROACHES (Roach traps to prove), and unreasonable host. The house is non refundable for a reason. They are aware of the poor quality they provide. The house itself is stunning at first glance. My family and I booked this home after the passing of two family members. It was an effort to come together, while also celebrate my brother’s graduation from SDSU. We found roaches throughout the home, in beds, etc. The guest room pull out bed had a full package of Oreos and crumbs all over the bed- proving that the home had not been thoroughly cleaned. The shower was clogged and filling the tub with old brown back up. -My mothers Saturday after the graduation was spent washing every bedroom sheet - The same guest bathroom bottom cabinet drawer was not on the tracks and fell on my foot - The fire pit had an empty propane tank, so we had to buy our own. Host said it’s our responsibility, although the original listing did not state this - The pool heater. The pool was not heated until after 6PM Saturday, until our self discovery that we would have to manually turn on the heat through the equipment panel. This detail was not provided, so we did not enjoy the additional amount we paid I attempted to work with the host. Their response was that I should’ve told them during my stay, while our family was trying to enjoy each others company. Take accountability for not providing a clean home worth this rate!
