The property is good sized 2 bedroom with the bedrooms split on 2 levels. Located right before Bridge of Lions short walk across bridge to downtown. It was very clean and had everything you need to rest up while exploring St Augustine.

We loved our stay at this home in St. Augustine! Absolute perfect location, with an easy and fun walk over the bridge to downtown, plus it's right behind a few great restaurants and bars.

Property needs a deep clean, mattresses super unconfortable and you can feel the springs and furnishings are minimum. 3 chairs only. Couch and sitting area isn't comfortable for lounging. Cold air, hot water and clean sheets and location are a plus. Need to clean the walls and baseboards and under furniture much better. Wouldn't book again. Better to be found for same money.

Besides being exagerated, this review is very surprising to us as none of the issues mentionned in it were ever brought up. We understand our cleaners can miss things and we certainly don't expect them to be moving furniture to clean under it especially when guests ask for ealy check-in but we do check up on our guests and are in constant communication with them. We encourage them to bring up any issue they see or just to tell us anything they need and we are very quick to resolve anything and cater to their needs as can be seen in our reviews. This guest never did any of that and we genuinely thought they had a great stay. It becomes very difficult for everybody when guest don't communicate.

This place was a perfect setup with a great location. Walking distance to downtown St. Augustine. Look forward to staying again. Communication was top notch!!!

Very quiet neighborhood

Everything was very clean and neat. We were only there for one night but i was pleasantly surprised how quiet the neighborhood was. Would definitely recommend!

The communication with the host and the area of the property was excellent. The area was very quiet and very close to restaurants and to downtown St. Augustine. However, the property was not as expected based off of the photos provided on Expedia. The bathrooms were in rough shape old, stained, and . The master bedroom closet door was removed and propped up on the wall exposing all contents of the closet. The other closet in the bedroom was off the hinges. The drapes and behind the bed were not clean. The upstairs bedroom was a huge safety concern because the barn closet door was off the tracks and could fall on someone especially if you had children pushing on it.

Perfect stay, Great for walking into Old City

My family all enjoyed this cute home. It has a clean and serene feel to it. The location was great, as it was a couple minutes walk from the Bridge of Lions, which we enjoyed walking over into the Old City. We had a bad weather day of rain, flooding and tornado watch, which kept us in the house all day, but the kids were kept happy with board games, video games, and streaming movies on TV. The host Junias was helpful. When we asked for a recommendation for a place to go, he recommended a place we would not have ordinarily chosen, but it turned out to be great. Overall, our stay at this home made for a nice family trip!
