The home is ideal for small groups. It was stocked with everything needed to get your vacation started right away. We could walk to the historic areas easily. Nice to have off street parking. Roger is great to communicate with!

The apt. Was very clean. Kitchen was nice. 2 full bathrooms. Rodger was quick to answer any questions.

From the moment we arrived until the last bag was loaded in the car, our vacation was relaxing and entertaining.Highlights:Clean & comfortable Private parkingNice, quiet area yet centrally located. We walked everywhere!Beautiful front porch for morning coffee & unwinding in the evening& making friendsOur host, Roger, answered all our questions prior to our stay and made us feel so welcome! Food Favorites - Barefoot Bill's Island Grill, Grilled Cheese Gallery, Treylor Park, Hyppo Popsicles, St. Augustine Peanut Butter CoWe would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed being able to relax in comfort after a full day of walking and sightseeing. It was especially nice to have the second bathroom, as we were traveling with our daughter.

Lovely home with everything you need. Our small dog had a fenced yard. Beds comfortable. Beautiful antique furnishings. Clean nice bathrooms. Walk to everywhere. We would rent again.
