IMPORTANT NOTE: Photo ID verification is required within 24 hours of the booking for a reservation to be considered valid. An email and text will be sent to the guest regarding Identity Verification upon booking. Guest has 24 hours to provide the identification required by the payment processor for the reservation to be validated.
No smoking inside the house, please! If smoking outside, please throw your cigarette butts away into the trash bin. There is a $500 charge if physical or odor evidence of smoking is found.
Pets allowed on a case by case basis. Please reach out with questions!
If pets are allowed, please make sure to pick up your pet litter, or extra cleaning charges will apply.
If you require us to come to the property as you are locked out, it is a $125 lockout service fee, plus the parts & labor to replace the key/door, if necessary.
Booking guests must be minimum of 21 years old.
Please make sure your vehicle(s) and the place is properly locked up and any of your valuables are not left out to ensure the safety and security of all. We are not responsible for any loss in property.
