This newly renovated cottage offers a delightful blend of comfort and charm, featuring three spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms, perfect for a romantic getaway or a family retreat. The bright and airy open-concept great room is accentuated by a cozy brick wood-burning fireplace, creating an inviting atmosphere for relaxation.

Step outside to our cozy boho-styled back porch, where you can sip your morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine while taking in the seasonal beauty of the orchard. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with everything you need to whip up a delicious meal, whether it's a romantic dinner or a family feast. Enjoy the convenience of a laundry area and modern amenities, including WiFi and a TV for your entertainment.

Guests will have full access to Apple Cottage, including an attached garage with additional parking for one vehicle. Feel free to explore the surrounding yard and front orchard spaces, where you can soak in the tranquility of country living. Please note that the cottage shares a driveway with another home and an intimate wedding venue, so you may encounter wedding guests during summer weekends, but they will be off-site by 11 PM.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Apple Cottage shares a driveway with another home and an intimate wedding venue. During summer weekends, a wedding may also occur during your stay. Wedding guests are off-site by 11 PM.

This Vacasa Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host.
Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.
If you need anything during your stay, the home’s independent local host is ready to help 24/7! Guestworks is a service offering of Vacasa that allows homeowners to smoothly and efficiently manage their own properties.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
