Three bedroom w/two masters & wraparound balcony: overlooks Gulf & lagoon pool

Welcome to Sandy Mornings PCB, one of the best three-bedroom condos at the amazing Edgewater Resort. With a wraparound balcony, two master bedrooms with balcony access, and overlooking the Gulf and the lagoon pool, it is the most ideal location for your next beach getaway.

Inside the 10th floor Sandy Mornings PCB, guests will enjoy an incredibly spacious living room with stunning views of the Emerald coast and white sand beach. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need for meals and snacks, seating is comfy and plentiful, the TV is a smart one and ready to provide entertainment, and we include high-speed wifi and a private washer and dryer for convenience. Dining seating accommodates 9 guests.

But the star of the condo is arguably what you find outside of it: we have one of the few wraparound balconies that provides views of the Gulf and also of the lagoon pool. Enjoy new balcony seating while you soak up stunning sunsets with the west-facing unit.

Our first master bedroom offers a king bed, Smart TV, balcony access with amazing views, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in tiled shower. Our second master bedroom also has a king bed, Smart TV, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Bedroom number 3 features two full beds and Smart TV. Our third bathroom also features a tub/shower combo.

A seasonally heated pool is located immediately in front of our Tower 3 location, and the lagoon pool, children's splash pad, Oceans Restaurant, Starbucks, market, ice cream parlor and more are right beside us. Also enjoy 4 hot tubs, water sports/activities, beach chair service (pool and beach) at this incredible resort.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to provide the host a credit card on which a $300 damage deposit hold will be placed prior to arrival and then released after his/her uneventful stay. No smoking or parties allowed. Booking includes the resort's fee and up to two vehicles. We provide starter amounts of soaps and paper products (like tp, paper towels, and trash bags). Please plan to bring/buy additional if your stay is longer than a couple of days.

The luxurious Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort is Panama City Beach's ONLY full-service resort. Along with all the amenities on the beach side of the resort, just over the resort pedestrian bridge, you'll find a 9-hole golf course, Pro Shop, fitness center, and basketball/tennis/shuffleboard/pickleball courts.

Just outside the 24/7/365 manned-security-gates of the resort is a multitude of additional walkable restaurants--everything from NY style pizza to high-end seafood, an American eatery, a Cajun cafe, Mexican restaurant, and even a Subway and Waffle House.
