Wonderful house!! Quiet community, very peaceful. Loved sitting on the porch and drinking coffee in the morning! Short walk to the beach and pool. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing vacation!!

Super clean! Nice small appliances and well stocked kitchen. Very comfortable kitchen. Host was great and quick to respond. Would recommend and stay there again!

We had an amazing, relaxing time! We loved this house, and will definitely be back! This was the perfect place for our family of four and a dog. We cooked almost all of our meals and ate on the screened in back porch. The front porch was so peaceful for a morning cup of coffee. The short walk to the beach is easy and we loved the secluded feeling the beach provides. Roger was an excellent host! He checked in with us to make sure everything was perfect (and it was!) and was very kind. Wish we could have stayed longer, but looking forward to the next time!

House was adorable and spotless. The owners were super helpful. Always available to answer questions. Pool is fabulous. Diversity of life at beach is amazing. Wonderful time. Would stay again!

Great, restful family vacation.

The house and development were a great fit for our family for a restful week long vacation. The area is quiet, but there are a few towns close by for food and adventures. Roger was a wonderful host and did a great job communicating and making sure we were well taken care of. Top shelf!

This home was an absolute gem. Tucked away in a quiet, secluded beach community, it offered the perfect escape for rest and relaxation. The house itself is beautifully done with a coastal beach vibe that feels both stylish and welcoming. It was extremely comfortable and thoughtfully decorated, making it feel like a true home away from home.The kitchen was especially impressive—gracious, well laid out, and perfect for cooking and gathering. Every detail felt intentional and well cared for. The peaceful surroundings and proximity to the beach made our stay even more special.Excellent communication with the very accommodating host. If you’re looking for a serene, beautiful retreat in Carabelle, Florida, this place is hard to beat. We would absolutely stay here again.

This property is Excellent! VERY clean and the owners have fabulous resources to local eateries. They had great communication with us and were very prompt if we had any questions.Internet access is a bit slow, but didn't impact our ability to relax and re-charge.

Cozy Get-a-Way

Beautifully decorated, cozy get-a-way to The Forgotton Coast for our family reunion. It truly is just steps from both the beach and pool. Well-stocked kitchen for cooking what you catch and a great dining table indoors as well as on the screened porch. Comfortable beds and linens. Ample parking. Overall, a wonderful stay!

A Step Away is amazing!!! The house was beautiful, super clean, and very well appointed. The master bed is the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in at a rental. We really enjoyed the quiet, peaceful neighborhood and large pool. Loved the welcome gift, and that the owner/host reached out to make sure all was good. Thank you Roger and Angela for sharing your lovely home with us!!

Stunning Beach Home

Perfect location to access the gulf beaches, big bend trails and wildlife area aswell as gas, groceries and restaurants. Stunning home, spotless, everything we needed was there. Relaxed in the comfort of the screened in porch with morning sunshine, listening to the birds. 5 stars all the way.

Amazing Home

We stayed for 4 nights at this amazing home. We grilled out, cooked many meals and enjoyed the beautiful home and surroundings. Everything was better than expected. Very nice property and pool. Wildlife were abundant. The day trip to St George Island State park was spectacular!

Nana and the girls spring break 24

Wonderful hosts with a beautiful home and location. A gorgeous short walk to the natural beach along the St. James shoreline. The house is well laid out with plenty of space. We enjoyed outdoor dining on the screened in back porch. Would highly recommend renting from this owner. Check in and check out were a breeze as well!

Wonderful

Roger was great and on top with welcoming phone call and even some delicious treats. We recommend heartily to anyone interested in staying in their area. Our only regret is we couldn’t stay longer

Didn't want to leave!

We had such a wonderful stay at this house. If I could give it 10 stars, I would. The house itself is absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed to make our 10 day stay just perfect. The location was also fantastic, offering all sorts of things to do...kayaking, pool days, hiking, fishing, and just hanging out at Harry's Bar were some of the highlights. We can hardly wait to visit again. Roger was the perfect host as well. We could tell that he wanted us to enjoy every minute of our stay.

Firefly Paradise

This is the first time we have ever stayed at a VRBO. We are contractors and are building 2 houses in Eastpoint so we had to come up there for work. We are VERY impressed with the house and how comfortable and spacious it is. It made us feel at home. I love the nice little gifts that we got when we arrived :) Thank you! We would definitely stay there again. I have told our customers about the house and if they ever have guests they will recommend the home.

Thanksgiving Family Time

We spent Thanksgiving weekend at this wonderful house. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our thanksgiving feast including a roasting pan and plenty of casserole dishes. This house is just so nice and beautiful. Owners welcomed us with wine and a gift and also a bottle of wine. This is our second time here and we will definitely be back. Walk to the beach is only a few minutes away. Area is secluded and quiet. Owner is quick to answer questions. Thank you Roger and Angela!!
