Cabo san lucas Executive Suite

From beginning to end, we had an excellent stay and experience at this property for vacation. We had other family staying with us at the resort and had an amazing family vacation. The owner has been super helpful and communicative, taking the time to answer any question and be of assistance throughout the check-in and out process if needed. Everything was exactly according to how it was advertised. We will return!!

Great experience

Pueblo Bonito is a very nice resort. The property is as advertised, and the owner was very proactive and helpful with his communication. We had a great experience and would stay here again!

Up to hoped expectations

The room was up on the slopeside with a great view and near the sky pool which was not even known about when signing up, but is tremendous. It was nice being relatively close to the Marketplace center for getting coffee and meeting the bus to town, if we were far from that I think it would have been a bit of a hassle. The room had nothing short from what was advertised, a bit of a stuck drapes track, but that is getting very picky. Jeff's communication was great also.

Food options

We were not all inclusive and the only down side was the price of food choices and we thought the food was not good for the price. Also since we did not have the all inclusive bracelets, we were a target for the sales reps to get us to go to a breakfast or lunch. To be expected I guess but a little overboard. Otherwise beautiful property!

Thank you so much for your feedback. I am so glad you enjoyed the beautiful resort! I agree that some of the restaurants at Sunset Beach are not the best values, but for those who choose (like I do) not to purchase all inclusive, I think the best choices at Sunset Beach are Zao Shen, The Market and The After. Even the poolside food is very good and inexpensive. I also really like to eat breakfast out on the terrace at The Bistro! There are so many great, affordable restaurants just 5 or 10 minutes away from the resort in downtown Cabo that there is no need to eat all of your meals inside the resort. The timeshare signup push seems to be limited to the area near the front desk and around The Bistro. I generally ignore them or just smile and say I've already been to a presentation. Happy new year!

Great Resort

Beautiful property and room. This place is a little spread out so taking the golf carts is a must. Not a lot of opportunity to walk as this is very hilly. Pools are beautiful and food is good.

Paradise

My family and I had a fabulous time at Pueblo Bonito Sunset. The location was perfect. Sunset Beach is 5 star. Relaxing and beautiful. The shuttle was great when we wanted to go to the other resorts closer to town. Our unit was comfortable and everything went smoothly. Will definitely go back.

Beautiful Resort, Amazing Stay

We stayed in one of the executive suites for a girls’ weekend - there were 6 of us and we had plenty of space and everything we needed. Everything was perfect, from the floor to ceiling ocean views from our large balcony off the main room and bedroom, to the two spacious bathrooms, a good-sized kitchen area with the nessary cooking and eating supplies, and all of the services provided at the resort. We thought they did a great job providing transportation via golf carts around the property - you can just call for a lift anywhere you are on the resort and they are waiting outside your building/ pool/ beach within minutes. The main lobby always had a queue of cabs ready to bring you anywhere off the resort (always felt very safe with the arrangements provided by the hotel staff), and downtown was just 5 minutes away. It felt like we were getting the best of both worlds with this VRBO - the safety and accommodations of a reputable resort including great food options and pool/beach access (and daily maid service if needed) combined with with the space and flexibility of a vrbo home rental. We saw lots of other hotels / resorts in the downtown area and felt like we had chosen the best location and value with Pueblo Bonita. Jeff was awesome to rent from and provided lots of helpful information up front. This was our first time in Cabo and we really loved the experience here and would certainly love to come back and stay at one of Jeff’s properties again. Highly recommend!

Great Stay in Cabo

Bonito Sunset Beach was a perfect choice for our family. It is as nice or nicer than advertised. Our suite was spacious and the views were fantastic. The Sky Pool is outstanding but we truly enjoyed all of the pools. The Market Place is great and had something for everyone. We were there after Christmas through New Years and due to its size, the property never felt overly crowded. The only comment we'd have is that the shuttle to the 'sister' resorts books very early in the day so it tough to be spur of the moment if you want to take advantage of it. A taxi was about $14.00.

Amazing 25th birthday!

Jeff was so helpful before our trip. He was quick with replying to all my emails and answered all my questions in detail. We were able to do Premium-All inclusive through the resort and got 51% off! This came around to $50 pp for RT shuttle rides and $77/day for food and drinks. We were easily able to fit 6 girls in the room and had more space than we needed! Highly recommend!

Well appointed resort and nice size room!

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the professionalism of Jeff who made reserving through VRBO very easy and efficient. The food and service at the resort was very good (except room service takes quite awhile!!!). The only complaint I would have is having to wait for shuttles to bring you to and from all locations. As the resort is on a steep hill, it is difficult for anyone with an affliction (80 year old mother-in-law) to walk around. Beautiful views!

Nice Resort in Cabo

Our stay at the Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach was great. We traveled with our 1 year old and the property itself had everything we needed. The staff was wonderful and the property was clean and well-maintained. We booked this property through Jeff and he was always responsive and very helpful in coordinating everything from requesting a crib for our son to providing recommendations for transportation. We would book again!

Well worth it

The grounds are spectacular. The one bedroom executive suite worked great for a family of four. We bought the all inclusive (negotiate) and thought the food was above average at the buffet style restaurant compared to other all inclusive resorts. Jeff works really well with his customers. We look forward to returning next year. Go to the Sky Pool. Awesome view. For some reason, it seemed easier to find a seat.

Great resort for families

This is a great resort for families! The rooms are awesome with amazing views and the staff were all very pleasant and efficient. The rooms was cleaned spotlessly each day and overall the resort was in good condition. It’s a really big place and took us a while to get the lay of the land, but the golf cart drivers are very helpful in finding all the best spots!

Wonderful vacation

My family just had a wonderful vacation at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach in Cabo from 6/12-6/19. The location is peaceful and quiet, with 6-7 pools. A lot of restaurants. We especially like the Market where there's a variety of food options.Service and amenities were great! The beach is nit swimmable. There is a scheduled free shuttle service going to Pueblo Bonito Rose where the beach is swimmable and a lot of water activities tooZ You need to book ahead of time for the shuttle coz it gets full. PB Rose is also close to downtown Cabo about 15-20 minute walk or ride a cab. Jeff was very helpful all the way and very accommodating. Would recommend property to my family and friends. Will definitely go back soon!

Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach

Pueblo Bonito Sunset is a wonderful place; it's a little bit of heaven out on the side of a mountain at the tip of the baja. We've owned a unit and gone there for 10 years. This year was our most important trip of all. My immediate family (my husband and I, my kids/their spouses, and my grandchildren) had never been there. What is more important to a mom/grandma than an perfect family vacation. The problem, we own a 2 bedroom presidential suite, and we needed 3 bedrooms. Thus we rented a 1 bedroom super executive villa. Working with the owner was great. Yes, we knew the resort, but bringing a family was a different experience. What to do with young children, teenagers, getting them there. The villa was superb. Large balcony up on the hill, in the same building our kids stayed. Many pools, teen and kids club, the new "Market", great food and variety for all, at a very reasonable price. We had several great excursions. One of the best was going to Pueblo Bonito Rose (their sister property), which had other benefits, including great beach, pool, ability to rent wave runners. Jeff was professional, and his recommendations were great. He was easy to contact, and he followed through on everything right away. Of course we'll go there again. When we need additional space, renting from Jeff is a given. Thank You Jean B.

Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach

What an amazing resort. We spent one week with extended family with small children. The staff was extremely friendly and personable and getting around the resort was easy via the golf carts. There are a variety of restaurants (9 I believe) and as many pools situated around the resort. We took one of the shuttles to a sister property and the staff was as friendly and polite. When we arrived we were upgraded to an executive suite with a hot tub on the balcony. We had an amazing view and our building was right next to the market - new building with a lot of options for food and drinks until 11:00 PM. Jeff was amazing to work with and I highly recommend working with him as we will definitely in the near future.

Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach

Awesome resort! Went for one week, will go for two next time. The staff is great, the suites are awesome. We were right on the beach! The shuttles to sister properties are easy to use and their airport transportation was also great. Jeff was helpful and informative.

First Time in Cabo!

This was our first visit to the Cabo San Lucas area. We found the Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach resort to be a great place to stay. The staff was very attentive and friendly in every area. Our suite was very clean and comfortable with a beautiful balcony to enjoy the ocean waves and the migrating whales. There were many restaurants too choose from including the ones at two sister resorts downtown. One thing to be aware of is that traveling around the resort is by golf cart. We were able to walk down the paths but chose to take the golf cart back up since we were staying in one of the buildings near the top. There are six beautiful pools with nice menus there to enjoy. The shuttle to the sister resorts and swimmable beach was easy to use. All in all a great two weeks spent in a beautiful resort. Jeff could not have been more informative and helpful!
