This property was right for our budget. But I feel the photos don’t accurately reflect what the home looks like. The photos make the space look bright and new. But for those considering the space, It’s an older home and some light switches don’t work and carpet stained and quite dark in all rooms. Some parts of the home were updated and some were worn down like holes in the wall and doors and dust collected. We needed to wash dishes before using them and needed to buy some spoons to use during our stay. But the property manager was very prompt in responding to all my emails, which I appreciated.

House needs improvement

The services vrbo provided were great & easy to use, however the property itself was old and outdated. The sinks had rust and the shower curtain smelled like urine. The house is smaller then the pictures & the kids room had loud plastic sheets that kept us awake.

Unit was fair. It was fairly clean, however the carpeting was filthy. Large spots in many places. The whole places needs an uplift. Windows and screens were also dirty. You could barely see out of them. Wish I had asked whether the pool was heated, it wasn't so we were unable to use it. There was no hairdryer or soap in the place. After contacting the owner several times, and being promised twice the items would be delivered, they were not. Also there was no remote for the TV. Owner told us to download a remote and use our phones. On the positive side, the kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of towels.
