Great stay

Very clean, the host were the best. The house was well stocked with everything you need or may have forgotten to bring.

Pagosa house

Great place to stay. Close to all the things we wanted to do. House is equipped with everything you need.

Great stay

The home was immaculately clean. It is a short walk to the HOA owned lake. I enjoyed relaxing on the back deck. Even had some deer wonder by.

Spectacularly clean, well appointed, pet friendly home in a cute neighborhood. We have stayed in dozens of VRBO properties over the years and this house was the most welcoming and completely appointed home we've ever stayed in. From the minute we walked in to see a beautiful welcome basket with dog treats, local honey and snacks(desperately needed after a long road trip!)we didn't want for anything else during our stay. They have thought of every single thing you could possibly need when renting a home. Property is exactly as described in the listing and I highly recommend staying here!

Perfect Ski Rental Property

This was a PERFECT rental for our family ski trip to Wolf Creek. I would give 10/5 stars if it were an option!! Very clean and accomodating for our group of 6 for the week. Even better than the photos suggest! It was generously stocked with all the essentials when we arrived, so that you don't have to spend much time fighting the WalMart crowd. Its about 30 min. from Wolf Creek, but an easy, beautiful drive. Lots of other fun things to do in the area besides ski also. David and Michelle were wonderful, responsive hosts!! I HIGHLY recommend this property, and my family will definitely be coming back in the future!!

The house was very clean. In addition the house was pet friendly. Overall we were happy with our stay. We had fun in Pagosa Springs. The house met our expectations.

Property was quietly set within a neighborhood. Walkable distance to Pagosa Lake. Everything we needed for a weeks stay for our family of four was available, minus food of course. Lovely back porch to sip coffee in the mornings and watch the hot air balloons take flight. Host was very prompt to reply to any questions that we had. Home was clean and easy to find. Would recommend staying again. Oh! And if you have an afternoon flight out of DRO, don't worry about that 10am checkout. Head over to Durango and checkout the Train Museum, so much more than just trains to see.
