Bed was very comfortable, nice supply of extra towels and linens. We enjoyed sitting on the front deck and the fenced in area out back was great for the dog. The ceiling fans helped keep us comfortable. Very nice house, would definitely return.

Lovely home! Very well appointed and very clean and spacious. As advertised. We saw deer every day and we saw a bear by the roadside one day! Great place to stay.

Very clean, well equipped beautiful home that includes a fenced yard. Awesome location for day trips in the area. Host was great with communication and flexible. Appreciated the laundry machine, snacks and coffee. No need to bring blow dryer, soap/shampoo, or lotion. Thanks for making our stay in Pagosa Springs enjoyable and easy! We were sad to leave.

The home was immaculately clean and smelled nice upon entering. Beds were comfortable. Very cozy and the location was perfect. Coffee on the porch was lovely! So peaceful and short distance to nearby restaurants and shops. Steve was a pleasure to communicate with as the host of this home! Our family enjoyed all the board games and shuffleboard at the home. The hot springs were so relaxing and within 15 mins of the home. Highly recommend Whispering Pines home for a very relaxing stay in Pagosa Springs.

This place was perfect. 50 BnB stays and this house in the snow was the best deal ever. It truly feels like you are staying is someone’s loved home. Everything was spotless and in working order. We are already planning a return visit to Pagosa Springs. Great stay.

This is such a great place in Pagosa! We were there with a group of high school seniors skiing and boarding for the week, party of 6. It’s hard to find a place that has the space, beds, and most importantly 3 full bathrooms. We will be back for sure! Wolf Creek is an annual pilgrimage for us and we’ll try to lock this place down for future visits.

Great house and highly recommend people staying here. Close to town, very quiet neighborhood, and we saw deer, fox, and many other critters daily. Very pet friendly and we will stay there again. 5 stars

This place was amazing with all the amenities. The house was super clean and generously loaded with everything we needed. We had a wonderful time at the Hot Springs and the house is very baby proof for little ones. Steve was great at communicating and very kind and generous. We will definitely be back. This sparkling white snow is beautiful and the views from the front and the back deck were amazing.

What an amazing location! Having the trail right out back was awesome, especially to help the dog get out some energy. The fenced in yard was nice in that we didn’t have to worry about the dog running off and exploring on her own. It was a perfect balance of peace and quiet yet being so close to town was nice. It was nice to have a nearby grocery store, and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and with the cool mountain air we slept amazingly! Steven was a great host and helped us find some nice local restaurants! We definitely will be coming back!

The Whispering Pines Canyon Retreat house in Pagosa Springs was a great choice for our family vacation. We stayed for 12 nights and we really enjoyed everything the home had. We were able to bring our small dogs and they loved the fenced in area. The downstairs area was perfect for our grown children and child. They loved the games and huge couch! The home was spotless and very nice. Huge yard that backs up to a canyon where we saw lots of deer every evening. Top notch beds and bedding in all bedrooms. I recommend Riff Raff brewery restaurant! We ate there twice and it was wonderful. This home is convenient to everything in town. Steve,our host was always responsive before we came and answered all our questions. Thanks for sharing your home with us and we hope to see you next fall!

Wonderful place!

Our family met to celebrate our 30th anniversary and show our now adult children where we were married-Cumbres and Toltec train and where he proposed "old miner forty niner" restaurant. We also spent a few hours at the springs resort soaking in hot springs and swimming in San Juan river. This was the perfect place for us! Kitchen was perfect for making meals and enjoying family. spacious and all of the pans etc were in great condition! even left us snacks! also beds were so comfortable! all 3 bathrooms were so nice and was perfect for 3 families! My family kept saying how nice the place was and we have stayed in many places! It is really quiet and deer and squirrels, magpie, the smell of pine:) perfect for a dog too with the fenced in yard. Thank you!!! we would definitely come back and the realtor was available if any questions! card is on the counter.

We really loved this place. It was in the best location. Nice comfy and quiet neighborhood with lots of privacy. the house was beyond what we expected. Just loved sitting on the front porch or back deck to read, knit and relax. It was clean, and spacious and just close enough to town and yet away as well so you don't think your in a city.Highly recommend the Whispering Pines.
