Very clean room and well maintained property. Conveniently located in Okaloosa Island away from all the hustle of Destin, but within 5-10 minute drive of anywhere you needed to be. Smaller property meant less crowded beaches and the two complimentary beach chairs were very convenient.

Great Summer Vacation Spot on Okaloosa Island

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was clean, very conveniently located away from all the hustle but less than a 5-10 minute drive to anywhere you needed to be. Smaller property meant less crowded beaches and the complimentary beach chairs were a wonderful convenience. 10/10 would definitely book again.

Perfect place!

We had to book this last minute because of a last minute cancellation and this place was perfect. The pictures are very accurate to what the place looks like and it was a very beautiful place! Perfect view of the beach as well!!

Clean condo with comfy beds and a short walk to the beach. The only complaint was the hot water heater was not even sufficient to give two people a good warm shower at the same time. We had to plan our showers out throughout the week so we both could have warm water!

Great stay

Very clean, beautiful view of the beach, and they provided everything we needed for a weeks stay. The location is within 5 miles of a local grocery store, and several restaurants and activities for families. We will definitely come back here in the future!

Exactly what we hoped for from beginning to end. You check into a spotless condo with a view that won't quit. Since on third floor we always took the stairs, short walk to the beach where two chairs and an umbrella are waiting for you all reserved. The a/c was ice cold (which is something that I always am worried about), we used the washer and dryer during our stay. You'll need to bring your own beach towels, but short of that it's the relaxing place you hoped for.Also wanted to note that we enjoy quiet, not the mayhem of Destin. If you are looking for a place that you can have a short drive to supper, and a very short walk to the beach, you have found it!

Perfect location

We were extremely happy with this condo. It’s towards the end of the highway, so there is very little traffic. It sits on the beach with 2 easy access points. Beach chairs are set out every morning. It’s almost like having your own private beach.

SUMMER TRIP

Enjoyed the Condo, loved the large Master Bedroom, Staff was very helpfull with parking passes for our guest that visited us, Only complaint i have was the refirgerator front looked dirty and the pool was close to the street,
