Extremely nice condo and resort!

Not sure the pool bands and beach towels need to be provided, just something to keep up with.

We were very impressed with our stay at beach colony 18B. The condo was beautiful, comfortable, and clean. Kitchen is amazingly well stocked! Beds are comfortable, views great. Appreciate the included beach chairs. Common areas/parking are well maintained.

25th Annual Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The weather was fantastic, even Friday which it rained the biggest part of the day. Which made the condo extra nice during the rain. The condo was well stocked, clean and the view was fantastic in the mornings. The sun rise is awesome! We did have an issue with the patio door was very hard to open and a couple of other occupants had commented in the guest book, I called and the door was fixed promptly and worked great. The things I would change would be the bed is the master bedroom was very lacking in comfort. The master bed had a topper that was wore out!! When I slept on the bed I felt as if I was a coffin, could hardly roll out of bed. The other thing I would change would be some additional plastic glasses for the patio. We were a bit nervous with the glass on the patio. The condo complex has a fantastic grilling area that is kept spotless and is great for socializing. Very nice 2-bedroom condo with great view is the bottom line.

What s great vacation

The time of our lives. Kitchen had everything you will need. Very clean beautiful view. Loved it. We stayed an extra couple days will stay again next year.

Great Getaway!

Love Navarre, Great Condo!

We love staying on a high floor so we really enjoyed the large balcony. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We went to restaurants within walking distance and to the pier. We had no issues and enjoyed the large on site pool as well. Would love to go back!

We absolutely loved our week stay there and would love to return. One thing is you can’t see too far to the right because a building blocks view. Looking towards the peer was the most amazing view ever. We loved the place. Thank you!!

Perfect Vacation spot for relaxing!!

Took our first steps inside the condo and we were taken back by how nice this place was. This was the cleanest place that we have ever stayed at. The furnishings and decorations are done with the perfect touch. We stayed for a week and loved every second of it. The furniture was very well kept and comfortable. The views of the beach and ocean were amazing and to be able to have those views also from the master bedroom and bath was just perfect. The wine fridge was a nice added bonus and the reverse osmosis drinking water system was a HUGE bonus for us! There isn't anything that we would change even if the place was our own. We definitely recommend this unit and would 100% stay here again. This was our 1st time in Navarre and we loved it. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from and we only had to wait one time for less than 10 mins for dinner. If you are looking to relax and feel good about where you are staying, book this place now!

Not comfortable furniture

The kitchen was well equipped and appliances were nice. We found the couch to be useless because is was broken. The master mattress was old and very uncomfortable. A foam topper just made it worse. The dining table chairs were too short for the table.

Laura, Thank you for providing feedback. The previous guests did not inform us that the couch was broken. I wish we had known so that we could have addressed this prior to your stay. Thankfully the owner was in the week after your stay and was able to address these issues. The bed has been taken care of and the couch is currently on order. We hope you enjoyed your stay otherwise.

We have visited Beach Colony numerous times and our recent stay was one of the best visits that we have had! Beautifully decorated, upgraded appliances and furniture, and a view that was perfect for taking in the fireworks show on the 4th. We will definitely look to book this unit again.
