Wonderful stay at Pease Bay Manor! Pictures do not do the house or location justice. It is so beautiful and the host was lovely. Would definitely come back!

The house was great—large, clean, and perfect for our big family. It was very well equipped and spacious, and the beach nearby was wonderful. We rated it 4 stars mainly because there was no pool, and the air conditioner was locked at 74 degrees, which made it a bit uncomfortably warm for us. The couches were also quite low to the ground, though that’s more of a personal preference. Overall, it was a very nice stay and a great option for large groups.

We would like to gently clarify a couple of the points you mentioned for future guests. The property does not have a swimming pool, which is clearly stated in the listing details and amenities, so this is known to guests prior to booking. We encourage all guests to review this information carefully to ensure the home is the right fit for their needs. Regarding the air conditioning, the home is equipped with a NEST system set to a minimum of 74°F, which is outlined in our house policies and agreed to at the time of booking. In the Cayman Islands’ climate, setting air conditioners to lower temperatures can cause the systems to freeze and potentially lead to costly damage. Guests who would prefer a cooler setting are always welcome to contact the property manager, and adjustments may be possible depending on the circumstances. We appreciate your note about the couches as well—comfort preferences can certainly vary from person to person, and feedback like this is helpful for us to consider. Thank you again for staying with us and for your thoughtful review. We are glad you had a nice stay overall and hope to welcome you back to the Cayman Islands in the future. Backyard paradise

Truly a paradise! Everything was even beyond the description. Family of 9 dream vacation place. Besides the breathtaking scenery, there were activities for all- lots of kayaking, snorkeling and fishing

Excellent accommodations.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is spacious and well maintained, centrally located on Grand Cayman, with the ocean right outside. Beautiful.

Tranquil, beautiful setting with multiple places to unwind under the shade of a palm trees, or fully shade yourself under the out-door-living-gazebo —which also has stunning views. Nice shallow water reef easily accessible to skin divers- water shoe required…see puffer fish, Lion fish, an occasional angel fish…nice variety. Entire stay was made so pleasurable by the congenital of the neighbor/property co-manager and her husband…oh and the gardeners who take care of the beach front and the rest of the 3 acre property were wonderful too—opened and count for the family to enjoy coconut jelly and coconut water. The house had a nice layout, with plenty of room with plenty of sitting areas available to read a great book…but the outside is the star of the show.

Excellent home with great service

We stayed here with 10 of us and it was an excellent home for our vacation. There was so much room and plenty of bathrooms for our family. The scenery was beautiful and the beach so peaceful. Sue and Bob, the managers, were kind and very quick to help; I felt like we were old friends. Remember to bring water shoes for the ocean here as it is very rocky. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Beachfront Retreat

Wonderful, new, quiet, beachfront home perfectly suited for a large family or reunion. Very secluded with only a handful of people from adjacent properties walking along the beach on any given day. Good snorkeling right off the beach. Herons and egrets frequent the estate grounds and tide pools. Property manager is proactive and attentive. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

A great place away from the world

Pease Bay Manor is a wonderful house. There were 7 of us from three families, and we were very comfortable there. The onsite property manager is the owner, and Eliza is very attentive and responsive. The gazebo in the back is comfortable and on the beach. The swimming, kayaking and snorkeling were all great. You'll want to rent a car if you want to get around the island. All in all, a lovely place to stay and we had a very good time.

A Gem

Beautiful and very well appointed home, with a gorgeous beach. Truly special spot. Very quiet and away from the fray, but accessible to everything. Right in the middle of the island. Plenty of room for 2 or 3 families. I will return!

Beautiful home, ocean front, quiet location

We had a great stay. Comfortable and open home, well functioning kitchen and easy access to the ocean for snorkeling or kayaking. Sue is next door and was very helpful as a property manager for recommendations or any issues we had. Definitely need a rental car if you plan to get around the island. Very easy drive to the east side of the island for diving, swimming, or dining. Try to avoid rush hour when going to and from Georgetown!

FABULOUS!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house inside AND outside is AMAZING! Unbelievable private shoreline to swim/snorkel some/relax. Nice quiet and private area. Every detail from cleanliness to 2 hoses to wash off from outside to large spaces to gather inside and out! The yardskeeper so nice--cracked coconuts for our kids! And mostly, the host-Sue. So attentive and timely to any needs. She gave us suggestions we didn't even ask for, borrowed us some toys and a crib for our infant. Best experience we've ever had-all around! Bodden Town is a good CENTRAL location to explore all of Grand Cayman. Need a vehicle to get around though--not very walkable to anywhere (small road shoulders).

Incredible home, incredible location, wonderful host

It's not often that a home is BETTER than the posted pictures, but that is the case here. Pictures cannot do this property justice. The home is nicely appointed, well-furnished, extremely spacious, and clean. But the true selling point is the location and view. Hundreds of feet of beachfront are right out the back door! Our family of 8 enjoyed an amazing week in Eliza's home. We had our morning coffee in the covered gazebo or walking down the beach. We spent time relaxing with a book in one of the many provided beach chairs or the hammock. We used the provided kayaks to enjoy the ocean above water and we used the provided masks and snorkels to explore below the surface (where we saw all manner of fish, coral, sea urchins, two stingrays, and even a sea turtle!). Inside, the home has ample bedrooms, bathrooms and spaces. We enjoyed the large dining table for meals and good conversation and the family room for games after dinner. The home is away from the hustle of 7 mile beach, which we loved. We rarely saw or heard other people on "our" beach, yet we were only 10-15 minutes from grocery and other shopping, 20 minutes from East End, and 20 minutes from the North Side/Rum Point. Eliza was a gracious host and neighbor Sue was available for any questions we had. I would recommend this home to anyone (and already have).
