This property is located about 10 minutes from Walt Disney World Parks, about 15 minutes from SeaWorld, and about 25 minutes from Universal Studios. You’ll love this property because it sits in Orlando's prime tourist location; yet away from traffic, because it’s on a cul-de-sac. This apartment is near countless dining experience, entertainment, family fun, night life, and much more. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families with kids.

Perfect for my wife and me. We were there for UDA College Dance championships. Super close and convenient to ESPN. Plenty of food options nearby. Facilities are good for the price point. Only issue is a heard of elephants lives above the unit.

Great experience! Everything was clean and neat! The location was great too. The area was quiet. I reached out about the above neighbors being loud and it was handled by the next day and I slept great! Would book again.

Your curtain rod in bathroom needs to be replaced or redone. Flooring is in need of repairs in living room and bathroom. Beds were a little short.

We ran into an issue with sugar ants but the host rectified the situation immediately. Upstairs neighbors are very noisy (walking around & moving furniture all hours of the night - which I understand the host has no control over but it is worth mentioning). Bathroom trim work needs replaced, but other than that, the space was good for what we needed it for & priced just right.

Booking our room was very easy.It was the first time I myself had used vrbo. Our host was right there to give me the info I needed and advised me to let her know if there were any problems so she could address them immediately, which was wonderful. The condo was very well stocked with essentials and necessities we needed. The price was very good for everything. I took my 94 year-old mom for Mother's Day Week and we spent time at the pool, which was very enjoyable. It was right outside our door. The complex is centrally located right on the main strip of 192, which was great.The beds were comfortable. It's definitely nice being in a resort. Having that kitchen set up for everything I need for mom. And we don't have to go out and spend a ton of money at restaurants. We spent Saturday at Old Town at the car show on Friday.We went to Disney Springs.We had dinner at sickies Garage in orlando. We went to the big orange to get our five for ten t -shirts and oranges to take home. Of courSe had the hit , the golden corral buffet as we don't have one anymore in south florida. n came home with lots of leftovers. Spend time in the condo watching movies and swimming. I want to thank our post very much for the use of her condo ,her kindness and hope to be able to stay there again

Nice little one bedroom

Property is great for the price. Clean and simple. Unit is on ground level. Good supply of basic toiletries, towels, washcloth etc for two people. Electric Cook top, microwave, kitchen sink, fridge. Air conditioning worked well. Beds in bedroom were comfy for us. Didn't use the sleeper bed in living room, so no reviews for that. Plenty of outlets. TV in living room and bedroom. Ceiling fan in the bedroom. There is a pool, a gym, and a paid wash & dry on property. Owner was quick to respond and helpful with all my questions. Here are some things that are Not deal breakers for us, but somethings to consider for yourself...Unit is underneath another unit and you can hear the Tennant above you more than we liked. The shower water pressure is a bit lower than we prefer. The unit and property are a little bit older so you will see some wear. The free wifi can be spotty at times. There is no oven in the kitchen. We have stayed on this property in three different units, and this has been the best one so far for us. ( 2 Adults ) We look forward to our next trip down here, and hope to be able to book this unit again!!!

I stayed here for a month, so I'd like to leave a thorough review! Overall, I enjoyed my time here. It was very clean and comfortable. I want to thank the host for giving me a wonderful first "home" here in the area as I start my life here. It means a lot to me!The good:-Close to many things, including Disney and Universal-Easy pool access-Good AC-Generous utensils, plates, cups, mugs, etc.-Good size fridge and freezer-Close to the poolSome advisories (Not anything against the host or room!):-Each load of laundry will cost you 8 (4 per wash, 4 per dry)-There is no security and the gate is not locked. Therefore, people not staying on property do use it, including kids dropped off by their parents. I didn't have any direct incidents, but the room is right next to the pool, so expect noise.-Any maintenance concerns need to be reported to the host so they can tell the housekeeper who checks on the property, which only happens once a day (Mornings).-Landscapers use leaf blowers at least once a week, so plan to be awakeI hope this helps!
