IMPORTANT: The 20 Litre Water Jug is connected to the refrigerator to produce cold water and ice, it must always reach a special line before emptying and then be replaced before it is emptied, failure to do so may cause the filter pump to malfunction and a repair cost of up to 3000 mxn that guest must need to cover if they were responsible.
Mosquito nets must only be used if completely necessary, prices for replace are high and can be charged to guests if happened during the stay.
