Main bedroom is perfect for a romantic getaway with a beautiful ensuite bathroom featuring a large soaker tub, separate shower and two sinks plus a luxurious walk in closet. An additional bedroom is located on the main floor with another lovely full bathroom. The lower level boasts a huge entertainment room, with large screen TV, pool table and wet-bar, equipped with a beverage fridge. Two beautifully appointed bedrooms, one with stunning garden views, lead off the main room. An immaculate additional bathroom with two sinks and separate toilet/shower room is located between the two bedrooms. Walk out to your ground level patio looking out onto a beautiful tree lined ridge. Found in the quaint town of Picton, wonderful restaurants, cafés and shops just a short walk away. Amazing Stay

We spent 3 night here. Lisa was an amazing host who provided great info even before the stay. The place was very clean. All rooms are spacious and great spaces to hang out with friends. We were a beautiful walk to town and close to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. We look forward to returning!

A beautiful house for a friends’ get-together!

We really enjoyed staying here for our “girls’ weekday weekend”! There are five bedrooms and three full bathrooms, a really well-equipped kitchen and everything you could need! We would definitely enjoy staying here next time we visit Picton!

Beautiful setting

The house has plenty of space and backs onto a field. We enjoyed sitting with our coffee in the morning looking at the scenery.

Beautiful home, accommodating, 6 adults and 4 children nicely. Wine country, Frisbee golf and thx giving with family. Wonderful wk end. Thx to our host Lisa would recommend.

Great for three couples

This newly built modern house was large and had several sitting areas so we could all find space. The kitchen was very well equipped, the beds were new and comfortable, and the location was quiet and close to town. I can find nothing to fault this listing. Thank you Lisa.

A lovely weekend

This property was perfect for a weekend getaway with my friends. Very clean and spacious. All the amenities one could possibly need. Peaceful setting in the country but very accessible to the downtown area. Owner was very responsive to all my questions. We look forward to being back in the Spring. Highly recommend.

Fabulous property in fabulous location

My family stayed here for a one week summer vacation and it was exactly as we hoped/wanted it to be. The place is beautifully renovated and feels very modern and clean. It has everything you could ever want/need. The walking distance to Picton is fantastic as it’s so easy to get to all the cute shops and delicious restaurants. Lisa answered all our questions quickly and patiently and once she found out we were bringing our 1 year old, she even ensured there was a baby gate there for us. We would 100% stay here again.

Vacances Sandbanks

La famille a très apprécié la maison pour sa grandeur, sa propreté. La maison est situé à 20 minutes de la plage de Sandbank et près de tout à Picton qui est une très jolie petite ville. Les photos sont représentatives de la réalité, ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas. Réponse rapide des propriétaires à nos questions. Toute la famille est prête a y retourner pour les vacances de la prochaine année.

Parfait séjour

Magnifique maison de vacances! Encore plus grand en vrai que sur les photos. La maison dispose de tout, nous n'avons manqué de rien! Chaleureux espace ouvert au rez-de-chaussée pour notre famille de 8. Et nous pouvions terminer la soirée au sous-sol avec l'ambiance festive que la table de pool et le bar donnait! Nous avons bien apprécié aussi les 2 passes pour le parc provincial offerte par Lisa.

Great place to stay during wedding events in PEC

We spent 3 days at Lisa's VRBO, during our son's wedding and pre-events. We were 6 adults and 3 young children. The home is exactly as shown in the photos. Everything is comfortable and well-equipped. Lisa is very responsive and replies very quickly to questions. The 2 park passes were enjoyed and much appreciated. Beautiful space and a lovely back yard - we enjoyed both the indoors and the outdoors. When Lisa wasn't available, she provided an alternate phone number and property manager for us to contact.

Quelle belle maison!

Près du centre-ville de Picton, très belle et grande maison parfaite pour accueillir confortablement 10 personnes. Espace suffisant, bien équipée et bons divertissements. Il aurait été agréable d’ajouter un foyer extérieur dans la cour. Nous reviendrions sans hésiter.

Spacious and Contemporary

This house suited our needs perfectly ( four retired friends): it is bright, spacious and immaculate and has comfortable furniture and a well equipped kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed watching the animals and birds in the backyard.

Spacious and well located

Stayed at this location for a quick 3 day getaway and it was well worth it versus a BnB or hotel. The house has two living areas so the other family we were with had privacy downstairs. The house is as pictured, very clean and was well stocked. The pool table was fun for the evenings! The drive to Main street Picton is 5 mins. We also walked to dinner which is about 15mins. 20 mins drive to Wellington and 5 mins if you want to golf at the Picton course. We didn’t go to Sandbanks but the house also comes with use of park passes. Would definitely stay here again!
