Spark Getaways: The Shapiro

This well appointed home is located in the highly desirable area between Lakeridge South and Suncrest and very close to many restaurants and shopping. 10 minutes from Texas Tech as well as the hospital complexes. This well appointed three bedroom, two bathroom home has everything you need for your visit to Lubbock. The primary bedroom features a king bed, spacious closet, and private bathroom. Another bedroom has a queen bed and spacious closet. The third bedroom features a twin over full bunkbed and closet. The two secondary bedrooms share a bathroom. Enjoy meals on the covered patio, cook in the spacious kitchen, or grill out in the driveway. If you are so inclined, feel free to do your laundry in the large laundry room. No matter if it is the Texas heat, a random desert rain storm, or a winter snow, your cars will be protected from the elements in the two car garage available during your stay. Check yourself in and out using our front door keypad lock. Prior to check in, please provide us with a four digit code of your choosing (make sure it is easy to remember!). On check in day, your code will be active at the front door at 4:00. You can come and go as you please. Once inside, everything is at your disposal (with the exception of several locked closets/cabinets for our cleaning team). I will do my best to answer all messages in a timely fashion. I am available 24 hours a day for any emergencies. Perfectly situated between Lakeridge South and Suncrest. Less than 1 mile from multiple grocery stores (Market Street, Walmart) as well as many restaurants within a half of a mile.

Overall great except cleaning staff failed to leave extra toilet paper for 5 people.

Very clean and well maintained

We enjoyed our stay very much. We needed a few days away from our busy lives and this was just what we needed. Everything you need is there and it was a perfect location for shopping and dining. 5 stars.

Great Place

Great property. Perfect 3 bdrm for me and 2 friends. Hosts were excellent. Very clean. Nice living room and enclosed porch. Garage to park vehicle. Nice neighborhood and location too. Perfect for our stay. I’d stay again and recommend to anyone,

Absolutely Perfect!!!!

The house is great!!! The communication with the property owners was so easy and they were very quick to answer any question we had!! We have stayed at multiple VRBO properties and this is by far the cleanest I have ever been in. It is easy to tell the owners take great pride in it. Lastly, it is very close to a multitude of restaurants and shopping!!!! Great location!!!

Would Give 10 Stars If Possible!

Absolute perfection. From the cleanliness of the property to the location in the most appealing neighborhood in Lubbock, our week was spent enjoying our time in what immediately became our home away from home. Matt and Bri deserve every star possible for all their efforts to create a no-worry vacation, and we will return…ASAP!

Cozy little place

This place is a nice little home part of a duplex but its a home not an apartment. It is nicely decorated and all worked In the home. Nice neighborhood we felt safe. Got to use the garage door to park car. its real close to all you need such as food and shopping. the property owner was quick and accurate in responses. All went well for being a first time Vrbo user. I recomend this place and I would stay here again.

We had such a great experience. The owners took great care of us. The house was very clean and super cute. We are so happy we were able to stay there for our daughter’s graduation from Tech.
