MAIN LIVING SPACE: Upstairs, relax in a gorgeous open living, dining and kitchen, which flow together into an open area that runs the entire length of the second floor. Rustin, wooden beams add character to the ceiling, and comfortable sofas and chairs invite lounging. With a custom-made, ten-foot table the dining room is ideal for entertaining. The spacious kitchen boasts enough amenities for any budding “Iron Chef,” including a kitchen island with spindle-style legs for extra work space and seating. From the living room, French doors lead to a half-covered porch that looks over the charming community toward both the beach and bay.
SLEEPING QUARTERS: On the first floor, discover the primary suite which features many luxuries including a private porch, a cozy window seat/bed, and a jetted tub. The second bedroom has a king-size bed, private bath, and front porch access. The third bedroom, also on the lower level, is a bunkroom with distressed shiplap paneling and two sets of built-in bunks, each with a full-size bed below and a twin-size above. The bunkroom has private access to a third bathroom. Each bedroom is equipped with its own flat-screen TV. Tucked under the stairs is a cozy, nautical sleeping nook, which has its own reading lamp and a privacy curtain, making it a favorite hideout for the kiddos and perfect for an extra guest!
GREAT FEATURES: In addition to great porches, the home has the charm of a standing-seam metal roof and crowning cupola. The upper balcony is designed for barbecuing and propane grill is available. Driftwood Cove is a non-pet friendly property, if a pet is seen entering Driftwood Cove, the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.
