Great location with a short walk to Main Street. We enjoyed the game room and pool area. Parking garage was kind of difficult to find and it was a pretty tight fit for our Yukon XL.

Great space, amenities, and location.

Incredibly comfortable condo. The size of each space was great! Super location, great hot tub and free game room for the kids. I will definitely stay here again!

Great Stay in the Breck

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the vacation rental itself was fantastic. We did have one night without hot water, but it was fixed by the morning. Otherwise the condo was clean and comfortable. The location was great for our family.

Great for Kids

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this condo for a Wednesday-Sunday spring break with 3 young kids. I cannot emphasize enough how great the location is, particularly for kids and particularly if you hate carrying around a bunch of ski gear for them. The Peak 9 ski school and QuickSilver lift are a 90 second walk out the front door, and in between are several rental locations for skis and places to grab a bite or drink. There is also access to a great pool/hot tub/game room area that our kids loved going to after skiing for the day (accessible without even having to go outside), and you're right across the street from the south end of downtown Main Street. The unit itself was clean, well-appointed with kitchen stuff, and had plenty of room for all of us (there is a trundle bed under the bunk bed which was perfect). Property manager was proactive about checking in to see if we needed anything and available with any questions. Very highly recommended.

The unit is in good condition and the location is quite good. BLUF: there are hundreds of similar properties within a 2 block radius. I recommend looking for better options, as there were numerous issues with this unit. Mgmt texted me to inform I could check in, but I was not provided enough detail to download the app with digital room and parking key (no physical keys provided). This was resolved by mgmt quickly. When I arrived at the property, the digital key did not work for parking. I walked to a lockbox offsite to get a physical parking key to access the garage (it only worked on parking). Digital room key did not work upon arrival. Another text to mgmt and they did resolve quickly. Digital room key, which was the only one provided, did not always open the door. Multiple attempts or waiting a few minutes and it eventually worked. Internet was spotty and tv apps would frequently freeze while watching. Despite your fees including parking, there are not enough spaces in the garage for all residents/guests. If you get a spot, don’t move your vehicle or you’ll lose it and will need to pay for public parking which can be 30/day or more. I’ve stayed in Breck 30 times over 6 different properties and have never seen a property with insufficient parking for all the units. Summary: good unit in a great location, but the access/key, internet, and parking issues combined for a negative experience. Better options are available in Breckenridge.

Spring Skii

One of the best experiences we have had in Breckenridge.

Perfect Ski Chateaux

Walk out the double doors and there are 4 different ski/snowboard places that takes about 1min and the slope's(peak 9)and a chair lift were within a few feet away. If you’re hungry there is a quaint little place called The Maggie where you can get lunch and/or cocktails if you prefer that. This place is almost perfect.

Does not have any set up so come with all spices, coffee, condiments. Also bring a long robe to walk to the pools/hot tub and game room as it is through the cold parking garage but not hard to get to. The game and pool area is fantastic and staff at front desk were kind. We will def stay again
