The home was clean overall and met expectations based on description. Location is fantastic due to walkability of downtown Breckenridge.

This place was great. Good value for the price and the location was awesome. We love staying close to main street. The view from the balcony was great too! Had all the amenities, even washer and dryer (although we did not use them). Was located on second floor so not a lot of steps or elevator time. And of course lots of great restaurants in walking distance.

You can not beat the location. Steps away from pretty much anything and everything you can want to do in Breckenridge.

The unit was perfect for our stay! We were a brief walk to the Quicksilver chair which was a must. You step out the front door of the building and you are right into the hustle of downtown. Everything in the unit was clean, and communication with the rental company was seamless.

Perfect spot!

This property was perfect for our family of four (17&19). Everything we needed was within walking distance whether it was coffee, breakfast, dinner, drinks or slopes. We had all the comforts of home. For those trying to navigate who should have which room, the loft room is bright first thing in the morning and the Condo itself is warm. We stayed in late March and kept heat off the entire time. Great space !

Cute remodeled condo in the heart of Breck

The place was cute. The temp. was manageable leaving the windows open all day. Watch for an email directly from them. I missed it since it wasn’t from Vrbo. If you use the elevator upon arrival, go through the building and outside a door to get to the unit from an exterior courtyard. Everything was clean, loft fun for kids. It was about mid-level as far as other properties we have stayed at. The mattresses were very uncomfortable but we still had fun. have visited. Theb

The property and host were just as described and in an excellent area. The check in process however was a challenge. The location is not clear to the passerby and is actually in the same building as the Mexican restaurant. The signage is not easily readable and I had to ask 3 people for directions to find the actual room. The key to access the property is also at a different location entirely and is in a building shared with a bank. Again, the signage is quite small and difficult to find. However, once I was able to find the key and location, the property was as described and in a great location. The Host was also responsive and helpful.
