Lower level downstairs where you will find an additional living area with a working fireplace.

Other things to note
NO PARTIES or EVENTS NO more then 8 GUESTS allowed at one time on the Property.
The Town does not allow more then 8 people without a permit.
NO more then 3 Vehicles on the property at any time unless permission is given ahead of time by the Host.
Do Not park on the Grass we have landscaping that will be damaged and you will be charged for any landscaping repair.
