We had a wonderful stay! The room was very clean, the beach view was beautiful, and communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. His recommendation for Millstone Biscuit Co. was spot on, we loved it. Highly recommend this place!

Great vacation spot!

Great communication throughout the reservation process, fantastic and well-stocked condo, and great location. Great spot for a relaxing weekend with friends!

This condo is located in a great family friendly area. It was very spacious and well stocked with everything we needed. The unit was very clean. It is direct ocean front and the view from the balcony was amazing. I would definitely recommend this place!

Wonderful Rental!

My three adult kids and I had a great stay at this property! It was wonderful to be right on the beach and so close to the pier. The space was great and we had everything we needed from towels to kitchen items. The beds and couches were very comfortable and we would stay here again if we come back to Garden City! and I would stay here again

Highly Recommend!

The condo is right on the beach and is absolutely immaculate. There is plenty of space and the kitchen is well stocked.In addition, the property owner is VERY responsive and helpful. We had a wonderful time and hope to return soon.

A much needed getaway!

Our condo lived up to what we had booked. We had a small hiccup getting in the condo but after that was resolved, all was great. We were spoiled with a beautiful ocean view every day, and being able to walk straight out to the beach. It was a perfect space for our family to come together.

Take me back

Such a beautiful, quiet area. Everyone super nice around. Pictures point on :). Property manager very responsive. Parking can get a bit crazy but again everyone super nice. Trip was amazing! Take me back already!

Super clean condo right on the beach. Can’t get closer to the sand! I’m sure during peak season parking would be a nightmare as there are not a ton of spaces. We had no issue with this however. Communication was fantastic. The listing mentioned a Keurig (single) maker and none was on site. It was delivered that day we checked in. While there is a futon when you come in, it’s only good for dropping things on, as it was broken. All this was noted. Having a few beach chairs and boogie boards was appreciated. Also having a clean space. Steven made things great.
