Nice rental close to Bryson City, Deep Creek park for hiking or tubing, and Fontana lake. Hot tub was great/modern/clean. Easy check-in. Relaxing porch and good view of GSM railway going by 2x/day.

This was great for our girls’ trip. The deck and hot tub were spaces where we relaxed and talked. Our host was helpful when we lost electricity for 4 hours after a storm. We liked the close proximity to town where we boarded the Great Smoky Mountain Railroad and found places to eat. It was an enjoyable stay.

Absolutely perfect!!! Rooms are big- so many spots for outdoor seating- immaculate and decorated so well!! Everything you need is there!!!So close to town and just like the description says- you still feel remote!!!Loved our stay!!!

We enjoyed our stay! The home was very clean and provided many extras that made it cozy. We loved sitting on the porches overlooking the mountains. We even saw a beautiful deer during our stay. The host provided quick communication and made sure our stay was going well. We would recommend this home and hope to be able to stay again in the future!

Nice and quiet mountain vacation. The home was close to everything we wanted to do, yet it felt like you were far from town. The kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed. Would love to stay at the RnR again.

Great location for hiking & tubing

This was a perfect place to stay for our group of 5 adults & 1 infant. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the convenient location. We will definitely try to stay here again when visiting the area.

This was a great home in a great location. It was perfect for our needs. Communications with the host were easy, and we really appreciated the Christmas decorations to make the house feel more festive. The hot tub was a real bonus, and everyone enjoyed it. I would recommend to anyone!

Absolutely loved everything about the property. It was beautifully decorated and so clean and spacious! The host was wonderful! My favorite part of staying there was getting to hear and see the steam engine as it passed by the property. Loved the whistle! Would definitely stay again!

The house was a great three-level plan. Two gathering areas were quite nice for eating at kitchen bar/kitchen on mid level. There was a large coffee bar on lowest level with high top table for game-playing. (There was a nice variety of games there for us to play.). I cannot think of one item we needed that webwere unable find in kitchen or coffee bar on mid level. We spent most of our time in Bryson City and commute was close, simple and convenient. There was an Ingles Grocery Store and Dollar General on way into Bryson City. It felt like we were remote but were very near Bryson City. We were also located very near highways we took to mountain drives in search of Waterfalls. I WOULD DEFINITELY RETURN!!

Great location to the train

We booked this property as we were looking for one that was close to the Great Smokey Mountain Railroad for The Polar Express. It was less than a 10 minute drive. The property was well stocked, clean, new and the host was amazing to work with. Would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing few days

This house is just as shown. So nicely decorated and everything you need is supplied. It a such a homey place. Located near many cool spots. I would definitely recommend if your looking to get away from reality for a few days!

We loved our stay! It was perfect for our family of six. Everything was perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The hot tub was an amazing way to end our days of tubing and zip-lining. I liked that it was close to everything and still had a nice view of the mountains. Cynthia was so helpful, kind and accommodating. Definitely will be back.

GREAT!!

It is a new house so it was very nice. They have all the essentials plus a lot of extras for the guests. The location allows for easy driving to restaurants, the train station, and many trails at the GSM National Park.

Excellent VRBO- Start to Finish!

This was an exceptional VRBO and it impressed us around every corner. We have promoted it to everyone we know! The hosts were very communicative, the house was clean and orderly, well decorated, the stay was filled with thoughtfulness down to crafts for the children and coffee and sheets/towels/shampoo. We could not have been happier and plan to return!

Pleasant Mountain Getaway

This property was exactly what we expected. It was clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the back and front decks and the picturesque mountain view. We enjoy cooking and everything we needed was available in the kitchen. Each bedroom was comfortable and had its own private bathroom.

This property is amazing!!! A beautiful house. Comfortable to stay with so many amenities!!! The views are awesome! Three separate levels for family and friends to stretch out and relax. Just a mile from downtown Bryson City. It is quiet and peaceful. We relaxed on the multi-level deck for hours each day! Incredible property! We will be back!
