The Cozy Farmhouse Suite is located on 10 acres not far from Downtown Charleston. Enjoy farm animals, a boat landing up the road, and a bike path nearby. We have beaches, historical sites, and restaurants all in the vicinity. Relax and enjoy on our peaceful farm retreat. We are pet friendly, however, there is a $30.00 pet fee.

Very peaceful and comfortable. The bbq pit outside worked great for cooking. Bed comfortable. Wi-Fi was spotty but that was fine with us. The animals outside were an added benefit.

Girls trip

The house was adorable, very clean & had everything we needed. But expect to have very spotty signal & WiFi. It was extremely hot, & the horses on property seemed like they needed tlc.

This is a wonderful tiny house. The bed is very comfortable. The shower is excellent. There are plenty of mirrors. Great location and everyone was very friendly. Also, plenty of animals for us animal lovers.

Cozy evening

The bed inside the cozy farmhouse is the best I’ve ever slept on! Seriously, so comfortable! And the interior of the home was very cute, just like the photos. A heads up, google maps tells you you’ve reached the destination about a mile or so too soon so keep an eye on house numbers! Would book again.

SMALL

Refrigerator had major ice buildup in tiny freezer section, flying bugs(unavoidable) about 50miles off of I95/I26 exchange. Place is super small, our regular house guestrooms are larger, is only a $50.00 a night place, cost us nearly $200.00. It looks larger on the website, would never go to this one again except maybe an emergency. We almost turned around and left except we were road weary and had already paid!!!!!

Quaint, cute, clean, cozy cabin

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy little cabin. It was within an hour of anything we wanted to see in Charleston and Folly Beach. Perfect little place for a couple. Don’t mind the rooster crow at first light! lol

Perfect Tiny Home

I loved staying here! The cottage was beautifully decorated and so clean! It really shows that care is taken to keep it neat and tidy. The “neighbors” were a bit reserved but very chatty. I’m talking about the roosters and goats. It was fun to see them first thing in the morning. The owner promptly responded to my messages and made my stay stress-free. I highly recommend staying here if single or a couple. It’s cozy, quaint and lovely.

We’ll be back!

The little cabin is in a row with a few others, but small fences on both sides. Very peaceful and enjoyable stay! We will definitely stay here again next time we come to Charleston! All the critters are definitely an added bonus!

Surprised

Although the property is described correctly, 10 acres, farm animals present, we were not prepared for a converted shed with other units a stone’s throw away. Upon opening the door, the bed was 4 steps away and the other area 6 steps away. It was just too small. We did not stay.

Peaceful Getaway

Came out of state to explore Charleston - this was such a wonderful, peaceful stay! I loved that everything was within reasonable driving distance. I will definitely be coming back when I’m in town again!

Lovely Little Rental

A fantastic tiny house about 30min outside of downtown Charleston. On a quiet country road, with farm animals on the property (including some vocal roosters:) The host was very prompt in all his replies. Clean, neat, and cozy. 10/10 would recommend.
