Welcome to your alpine sanctuary nestled on 8 private acres near iconic Mosquito Pass—just 35 minutes from downtown Breckenridge. Whether you’re gathering with family or friends, this 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom luxury cabin offers the perfect balance of winter adventure, comfort, and tranquility.
Start your mornings with coffee on the expansive wraparound deck, where snow-covered peaks and local wildlife create a postcard-perfect winter backdrop. Inside, two spacious living rooms provide ample space to relax after a day on the slopes—complete with a 65” Roku TV, surround sound, and cozy furnishings. Downstairs, a full game room with a pool table, arcade, and kitchenette promises fun for guests of all ages.
This home is also eligible for Gilson Premier Hospitality Group’s culinary meal plans—prepared by local chefs and delivered directly to your door at no extra delivery cost. It’s a popular option for guests who want gourmet meals without the grocery run or cooking hassle.

Due to the naturally high mineral content in the region, some guests may notice an earthy “mountain sulfur” scent from time to time. Rest assured, the water is treated with a state-of-the-art filtration system and is regularly tested to ensure it meets quality and safety standards. Most guests don’t notice anything unusual, but we prefer to mention it up front so you can fully enjoy the authentic mountain living experience.
Guest access
Guests enjoy full access to the entire home and private 8-acre property, including the wraparound deck, hot tub, and creekside trails. Located just 35 minutes from Breckenridge, this retreat is best accessed by car. We strongly recommend a 4x4 vehicle in winter for safe and reliable travel. While public transportation is limited, scenic byways, hiking paths, and biking trails offer a memorable way to explore the surrounding area year-round.
Other things to note
As part of our safety and compliance process, all guests complete a brief identity verification through our trusted screening partner after booking. In some residences, check-in staff or front desk personnel may also confirm your ID upon arrival, similar to standard hotel procedures. We do not host guests under 25 at this location; the primary renter must be over 25. These measures ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Guests are also invited to enhance their stay with a curated selection of premium in-home services; including chef-prepared meals, wellness experiences, and private transportation; coordinated exclusively through our hospitality team. Additional information about available services will be shared after your reservation is confirmed.
